Sljede\u0107i proizvo\u0111a\u010di tiskanih plo\u010dica sa\u017eeli su nekoliko uobi\u010dajenih problema u dizajnu PCB-a za va\u0161u referencu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prvo. Preklapanje jastu\u010di\u0107a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preklapanje padova (osim povr\u0161inskih padova) zna\u010di preklapanje rupa. Zloupotreba grafi\u010dkog sloja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Na nekim grafi\u010dkim slojevima napravljene su neke beskorisne veze. Izvorno je plo\u010da imala \u010detiri sloja, ali je projektovana s vi\u0161e od pet slojeva o\u017ei\u010denja, \u0161to je izazvalo nesporazume.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprije\u010dite probleme tokom dizajna. Uzmite Protel softver kao primjer za crtanje linija na svakom sloju pomo\u0107u Board sloja i koristite Board sloj za ozna\u010davanje linija. Postavljanje otvora jednostrane podloge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jednostrane plo\u010dice obi\u010dno se ne bu\u0161e. Ako je potrebno ozna\u010diti bu\u0161enje, promjer rupe treba biti postavljen na nulu. Ako se unese numeri\u010dka vrijednost, pri generiranju podataka za bu\u0161enje koordinate rupe pojavljuju se na toj poziciji i nastaje problem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jednostrane podloge treba posebno ozna\u010diti ako su izbu\u0161ene.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pet. Koristite blokove za punjenje za crtanje jastu\u010di\u0107a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pads sa punilnim blokovima mogu pro\u0107i DRC inspekciju pri projektovanju kola, ali to nije dobro za obradu. Stoga sli\u010dni pads ne mogu direktno generisati podatke za masku za lemljenje.
