V \u010dervenci 2006 vstoupily v platnost sm\u011brnice EU o odpadn\u00edch elektrick\u00fdch a elektronick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch (WEEE) a o omezen\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (RoHS). Sou\u010dasn\u011b vstoupila v platnost bezolovnat\u00e1 a bezhalogenov\u00e1 pravidla Japonsk\u00e9 asociace elektronick\u00e9ho a informa\u010dn\u00edho pr\u016fmyslu (JEITA) a americk\u00e9 N\u00e1rodn\u00ed asociace v\u00fdrobc\u016f elektrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (NEMA) pro pr\u016fmysl elektronick\u00fdch obal\u016f. Od t\u00e9 doby nesm\u00ed elektronick\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 na trh obsahovat olovo, rtu\u0165, kadmium, \u0161estimocn\u00fd chrom ani omezen\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed polybromovan\u00fdch bifenyl\u016f (PBB) nebo polybromovan\u00fdch difenylether\u016f (PBDE) a dal\u0161\u00edch \u0161kodliv\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Tato zm\u011bna ovliv\u0148uje glob\u00e1ln\u00ed dodavatelsk\u00fd \u0159et\u011bzec a rozvoj souvisej\u00edc\u00edch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b odv\u011btv\u00ed PCB. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek vysv\u011btluje, jak lze v r\u00e1mci kontroly surovin, v\u00fdb\u011bru a kontroly bezolovnat\u00fdch proces\u016f a fin\u00e1ln\u00ed mont\u00e1\u017ee SMT splnit st\u00e1le p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ekologick\u00e1 pravidla u v\u00fdrobk\u016f PCB nov\u00e9 generace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. V\u00fdb\u011br a kontrola surovin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je dob\u0159e zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee rtu\u0165, kadmium a \u0161estimocn\u00fd chrom se v pr\u016fmyslu PCB t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed. Krom\u011b stopov\u00fdch mno\u017estv\u00ed p\u0159i mokr\u00e9m zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdrobci PCB tyto prvky z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed. P\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru surovin a proces\u016f je tedy hlavn\u00edm po\u017eadavkem na dodr\u017een\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch ekologick\u00fdch pravidel udr\u017eet obsah olova (Pb) a halogen\u016f pod limitn\u00edmi hodnotami. U povrchov\u00fdch kovov\u00fdch \u00faprav desek plo\u0161n\u00fdch spoj\u016f je c\u00edlem, aby neobsahovaly olovo (pod 0,1% Pb). Tradi\u010dn\u00ed PCB a <a href=\"https:\/\/flj-pcb.com\/cs\/pcb-assembly\/smt-assembly\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1923\">SMT <\/a>pr\u016fmyslu se pou\u017e\u00edvalo mnoho slitin olova a c\u00ednu, nap\u0159\u00edklad HASL a p\u00e1jec\u00ed pasta. Olovo je t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd kovov\u00fd prvek a v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b se vyskytuje ve velk\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed. Pokud p\u0159\u00edjem olova u \u010dlov\u011bka p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 hodnoty, mohou se objevit p\u0159\u00edznaky jako an\u00e9mie, nedostatek v\u00e1pn\u00edku a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 imunita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1 Pro\u010d pou\u017e\u00edvat bezolovnatou p\u00e1jku?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u0161kozen\u00ed olovem v p\u00e1jce: P\u0159esto\u017ee olovo obsa\u017een\u00e9 v p\u00e1jk\u00e1ch p\u0159edstavuje v n\u011bkter\u00fdch m\u011b\u0159\u00edtk\u00e1ch jen mal\u00fd pod\u00edl na celkov\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00e9ho olova, m\u016f\u017ee se \u0161\u00ed\u0159it a je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 ho zcela odstranit. Zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a obavy z otravy olovem tla\u010d\u00ed na odklon od olova. V PCB se halogeny (fluor F, chlor Cl, brom Br, jod I) pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed hlavn\u011b v lamin\u00e1tech a barv\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2 T\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00ed materi\u00e1lu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hotov\u00e1 deska plo\u0161n\u00fdch spoj\u016f obsahuje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm t\u0159i skupiny v\u011bc\u00ed: lamin\u00e1t (z\u00e1kladn\u00ed materi\u00e1l), kovov\u00e9 povrchov\u00e9 vrstvy a barvy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2.1 Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed materi\u00e1l<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011b\u017en\u00e9 lamin\u00e1ty, jako nap\u0159. <a href=\"https:\/\/flj-pcb.com\/cs\/fr-4-pcb-guide-properties-limits-material-choices\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"4641\">FR-4<\/a> a CEM-3 \u010dasto obsahuj\u00ed velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed bromovan\u00fdch epoxidov\u00fdch prysky\u0159ic.
