Som navnet viser, er det en slags printkort, der kan b\u00f8jes. Det kan foldes, rulles, str\u00e6kkes og bev\u00e6ge sig i tre dimensioner. Fleksible printkort er lavet p\u00e5 en tynd film som polyimid eller polyester. De giver h\u00f8j p\u00e5lidelighed og meget god fleksibilitet.<\/p><p data-start=\"431\" data-end=\"933\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Flexible_electronics\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fleksible trykte kredsl\u00f8b (FPC) har deres oprindelse tilbage i 1950'erne.<\/a>, da forskere i USA udviklede teknikker til at printe og \u00e6tse flade ledere p\u00e5 fleksible substrater som et alternativ til traditionelle ledningsnet.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">.<\/span>\u00a0Producenterne brugte polyester- eller polyimidfilm som base. Disse film g\u00f8r printet st\u00e6rkt og b\u00f8jeligt. Ved at indlejre kredsl\u00f8b p\u00e5 tynde plastplader kan mange sm\u00e5 dele stables p\u00e5 trange steder. Resultatet er et kredsl\u00f8b, der kan b\u00f8jes, foldes og passe ind i kompakte former. Fleksible kredsl\u00f8b er lette, fylder lidt, k\u00f8ler godt og er nemme at montere. Den f\u00f8rste er den isolerende film. Den anden er lederen. Den tredje er kl\u00e6bemiddel. Disse dele arbejder sammen for at im\u00f8dekomme behovet for mindre og mobile elektroniske enheder. Fleksible kredsl\u00f8b g\u00f8r, at enhederne bliver t\u00e6ttere, mindre og mere p\u00e5lidelige.<\/span><\/p><hr data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1518\" \/><h1 data-start=\"1520\" data-end=\"1552\">Materialer brugt i fleksible printkort<\/h1><h2 data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1575\">1. Isolerende film<\/h2><p data-start=\"1576\" data-end=\"1771\">Den isolerende film udg\u00f8r det vigtigste basislag for kredsl\u00f8bet. Kl\u00e6bestof bruges til at binde kobberfolie til den isolerende film. I flexdesigns med flere lag bruges filmen ogs\u00e5 til at binde de indre lag sammen.<\/p><p data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1928\">Den isolerende film beskytter kredsl\u00f8bet mod st\u00f8v og fugt. Den reducerer ogs\u00e5 stress, n\u00e5r printet b\u00f8jes. Lederlaget er lavet af kobberfolie.<\/p><p data-start=\"1930\" data-end=\"2178\">Nogle flexkredsl\u00f8b bruger stive dele lavet af aluminium eller rustfrit st\u00e5l. Disse stive dele giver dimensionsstabilitet. De giver fysisk st\u00f8tte til dele og ledninger. De reducerer ogs\u00e5 stress. Limen binder de stive dele til det fleksible kredsl\u00f8b.<\/p><p data-start=\"2180\" data-end=\"2429\">Et andet almindeligt materiale er et bindelag, der d\u00e6kker begge sider af den isolerende film. Dette bindingslag giver isolering og hj\u00e6lper med at forbinde lagene. Det kan fjerne behovet for nogle filmlag og giver producenterne mulighed for at sammenf\u00f8je mange lag med f\u00e6rre dele.<\/p><p data-start=\"2431\" data-end=\"2630\">Der findes mange typer isoleringsfilm. De mest anvendte er polyimid og polyester. Omkring firs procent af producenterne af fleksible kredsl\u00f8b i USA bruger polyimidfilm. Omkring tyve procent bruger polyesterfilm.<\/p><p data-start=\"2632\" data-end=\"3231\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dupont.com\/electronics-industrial\/kapton-polyimide-film.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Polyimid <\/a>er ikke let at br\u00e6nde. Det holder sin form, modst\u00e5r rivning og kan t\u00e5le loddevarme. Polyester, ogs\u00e5 kaldet PET (polyethylenterephthalat), har fysiske egenskaber, der ligger t\u00e6t p\u00e5 polyimid. Det har en lavere dielektrisk konstant og absorberer mindre fugt. Men det modst\u00e5r ikke h\u00f8j varme lige s\u00e5 godt. Polyester smelter ved ca. 250 \u00b0C og har en glasovergangstemperatur (Tg) p\u00e5 ca. 80 \u00b0C. Det begr\u00e6nser brugen af det i produkter, der kr\u00e6ver kraftig lodning p\u00e5 printkanten. Ved lave temperaturer kan polyester virke stift. Alligevel er polyester godt til telefoner og andre produkter, der ikke uds\u00e6ttes for barske forhold.<\/p><p data-start=\"3233\" data-end=\"3357\">Polyimidfilm kombineres ofte med polyimid- eller akrylkl\u00e6bemidler. Leder<\/h2><p data-start=\"3375\" data-end=\"3733\">Kobberfolie passer godt til fleksible kredsl\u00f8b. Kobberfolie kan fremstilles ved elektrodeponering (ED) eller ved valsning og udgl\u00f8dning (RA). Den ene side af ED-kobber er skinnende. Den anden side har en mat procesoverflade. ED-kobber er b\u00f8jeligt og kan f\u00e5s i mange tykkelser og bredder. Den matte side af ED-kobber f\u00e5r ofte en s\u00e6rlig behandling for at f\u00e5 det til at kl\u00e6be bedre.<\/p><p data-start=\"3735\" data-end=\"3868\">RA-kobber er b\u00e5de fleksibelt og glat. Det kan v\u00e6re st\u00e6rkere. Kl\u00e6bemiddel<\/h2><p data-start=\"3885\" data-end=\"4147\">Kl\u00e6bestoffer g\u00f8r mere end at binde den isolerende film til lederen. De kan fungere som d\u00e6klag, beskyttende bel\u00e6gninger eller overlejringslag. Den st\u00f8rste forskel er, hvordan laget p\u00e5f\u00f8res. D\u00e6klaget binder sig til den isolerende film og danner en lamineret struktur.<\/p><p data-start=\"4149\" data-end=\"4559\">Serigrafi bruges til limd\u00e6kning og bel\u00e6gning. Ikke alle laminerede strukturer bruger kl\u00e6bemidler. Kl\u00e6befrie laminater giver tyndere og mere fleksible kredsl\u00f8b. De giver ogs\u00e5 bedre varmeoverf\u00f8rsel end limbaserede laminater. Fordi der ikke er noget kl\u00e6belag til at blokere for varmen, bev\u00e6ger varmen sig bedre gennem kredsl\u00f8bet. Det g\u00f8r, at kl\u00e6befri flex kan fungere under forhold, hvor kl\u00e6bebaseret flex kan svigte.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4561\" data-end=\"4564\" \/><h1 data-start=\"4566\" data-end=\"4615\">Loddetrin til FPC (FPC-loddeproces)<\/h1><p data-start=\"4617\" data-end=\"4783\">Nedenfor finder du praktiske trin til h\u00e5ndlodning af en PQFP-chip og almindelige SMD-dele p\u00e5 fleksible kredsl\u00f8b. Brug disse trin som en klar vejledning. Brug et strygejern til at behandle puderne. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de undg\u00e5r man d\u00e5rlig fortinning eller pad-oxidation. Chips beh\u00f8ver normalt ikke forarbejde.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4940\" data-end=\"5460\"><p data-start=\"4943\" data-end=\"5460\">Brug en pincet til forsigtigt at placere PQFP-chippen p\u00e5 printkortet. G\u00f8r dette for at undg\u00e5 at b\u00f8je eller kn\u00e6kke ledningerne. Juster chippen med puderne. S\u00f8rg for, at chippen peger den rigtige vej. Varm strygejernet op til over 300\u00b0C. Kom lidt loddemiddel p\u00e5 spidsen af strygejernet. Tryk den justerede chip ned med et v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j. Kom en lille smule loddemetal p\u00e5 de to diagonale pins. Hold chippen, og lod de to diagonale stifter. Dette vil holde chippen p\u00e5 plads. N\u00e5r de to stifter er loddet, skal du kontrollere justeringen. Flyt eller fjern chippen, hvis det er n\u00f8dvendigt, og s\u00e6t den p\u00e5 plads igen.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5462\" data-end=\"5766\"><p data-start=\"5465\" data-end=\"5766\">N\u00e5r du begynder at lodde alle stifterne, skal du tilf\u00f8je loddetin til jernspidsen. P\u00e5f\u00f8r flux p\u00e5 alle stifter for at holde dem v\u00e5de. R\u00f8r ved jernspidsen for enden af hvert ben, indtil du ser loddetinnet flyde ind i benet. Hold jernspidsen parallelt med stifterne under lodningen. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de undg\u00e5r du, at stifterne danner bro p\u00e5 grund af for meget loddemiddel.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5768\" data-end=\"6076\"><p data-start=\"5771\" data-end=\"6076\">N\u00e5r du har loddet alle stifter, skal du bruge flux til at g\u00f8re alle stifter v\u00e5de og rense loddet. Fjern ekstra loddetin for at fjerne kortslutninger og broer. Brug til sidst en pincet til at unders\u00f8ge, om der er d\u00e5rlige lodninger. N\u00e5r du er f\u00e6rdig, skal du reng\u00f8re printet. Brug alkohol og en stiv b\u00f8rste, og t\u00f8r s\u00e5 langs pin-retningen, indtil lodderesterne er v\u00e6k.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6078\" data-end=\"6282\"><p data-start=\"6081\" data-end=\"6282\">SMD-modstande og -kondensatorer er nemmere. Placer delen p\u00e5 en pad. Placer derefter den ene ende p\u00e5 puden, og hold den med en pincet. Lod den ene ende f\u00f8rst. Tjek placeringen. Hvis den er p\u00e5 linje, lodder du den anden ende.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr data-start=\"6284\" data-end=\"6287\" \/><h1 data-start=\"6289\" data-end=\"6345\">De vigtigste forskelle mellem stive printkort og fleksible kredsl\u00f8b<\/h1><p data-start=\"6347\" data-end=\"6628\">Stive printkort er, hvad folk normalt t\u00e6nker p\u00e5 som printkort. De bruger ledere og andre dele p\u00e5 en ikke-ledende plade. Den ikke-ledende plade indeholder ofte glas. Glasset g\u00f8r printet st\u00e6rkt og stift. Stive printkort giver god st\u00f8tte til dele og god varmebestandighed.<\/p><p data-start=\"6630\" data-end=\"6927\">Fleksible printkort har ogs\u00e5 ledende spor p\u00e5 en ikke-ledende base. Men basen er fleksibel, f.eks. polyimid. En fleksibel base g\u00f8r, at kredsl\u00f8bet kan b\u00f8jes, h\u00e5ndtere vibrationer, k\u00f8le godt og foldes i mange former. P\u00e5 grund af disse former er fleksible kredsl\u00f8b nu almindelige i kompakte og nye elektroniske designs.<\/p><p data-start=\"6929\" data-end=\"7000\">Ud over grundmaterialet og stivheden er der andre store forskelle:<\/p><ul data-start=\"7002\" data-end=\"7467\"><li data-start=\"7002\" data-end=\"7135\"><p data-start=\"7004\" data-end=\"7135\">Valg af leder: Flex bruger ofte bl\u00f8dere RA-kobber i stedet for h\u00e5rdt ED-kobber. Det hj\u00e6lper, hvis kredsl\u00f8bet skal b\u00f8jes uden at revne.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7137\" data-end=\"7259\"><p data-start=\"7139\" data-end=\"7259\">Fremstilling: Flexproducenter bruger ikke loddemaske som stive printkort. De bruger coverlay eller covercoat til at beskytte de blottede spor.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7261\" data-end=\"7467\"><p data-start=\"7263\" data-end=\"7467\">Omkostninger: Flexkredsl\u00f8b koster normalt mere end stive plader. Men et flexboard kan give ingeni\u00f8rerne mulighed for at krympe et produkt. Det kan s\u00e6nke de samlede produktomkostninger, fordi et mindre produkt kan koste mindre at fremstille eller sende.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"7469\" data-end=\"7472\" \/><h1 data-start=\"7474\" data-end=\"7521\">S\u00e5dan v\u00e6lger du mellem stive og fleksible printkort<\/h1><p data-start=\"7523\" data-end=\"7747\">Begge typer kan fungere i mange produkter. Nogle anvendelser har mere gavn af den ene type. F.eks. giver stive printkort mening i st\u00f8rre produkter som tv'er og station\u00e6re pc'er. De bruges i elektronik til at kontrollere b\u00f8jningen. Afstivere l\u00f8ser problemet med, at flexboards kan v\u00e6re for b\u00f8jelige. Insulating film<\/h2><p data-start=\"1576\" data-end=\"1771\">The insulating film forms the main base layer for the circuit. Adhesive is used to bond copper foil to the insulating film. In multilayer flex designs, the film is also used to bond inner layers.<\/p><p data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1928\">The insulating film protects the circuit from dust and moisture. It also reduces stress when the board bends. The conductor layer is made from copper foil.<\/p><p data-start=\"1930\" data-end=\"2178\">Some flex circuits use rigid parts made from aluminum or stainless steel. These rigid parts give dimensional stability. They give physical support for parts and wires. They also reduce stress. Adhesive bonds the rigid parts to the flexible circuit.<\/p><p data-start=\"2180\" data-end=\"2429\">Another common material is a bonding layer that coats both sides of the insulating film. This bonding layer gives insulation and helps join layers. It can remove the need for some film layers and lets manufacturers bond many layers with fewer parts.<\/p><p data-start=\"2431\" data-end=\"2630\">There are many insulating film types. The most used are polyimide and polyester. About eighty percent of flexible circuit makers in the US use polyimide film. About twenty percent use polyester film.<\/p><p data-start=\"2632\" data-end=\"3231\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dupont.com\/electronics-industrial\/kapton-polyimide-film.html\">Polyimide <\/a>is not easy to burn. It keeps its shape, resists tearing, and can stand soldering heat. Polyester, also called PET (polyethylene terephthalate), has physical traits close to polyimide. It has a lower dielectric constant and absorbs less moisture. But it does not resist high heat as well. Polyester melts at around 250\u00b0C and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of about 80\u00b0C. This limits its use in products that need heavy board-edge soldering. In low temperature uses, polyester can act stiff. Still, polyester is good for phones and other products that do not face harsh conditions.<\/p><p data-start=\"3233\" data-end=\"3357\">Polyimide films are often paired with polyimide or acrylic adhesives. Conductor<\/h2><p data-start=\"3375\" data-end=\"3733\">Copper foil is a good fit for flexible circuits. Copper foil can be made by electro-deposition (ED) or by rolling and annealing (RA). One side of ED copper is shiny. The other side has a matte process surface. ED copper is bendable and can come in many thicknesses and widths. The matte side of ED copper often gets special treatment to make it stick better.<\/p><p data-start=\"3735\" data-end=\"3868\">RA copper is both flexible and smooth. It can be stronger. Adhesive<\/h2><p data-start=\"3885\" data-end=\"4147\">Adhesives do more than bond the insulating film to the conductor. They can act as cover layers, protective coatings, or overlay layers. The main difference is how the layer is applied. The cover layer bonds to the insulating film and forms a laminated structure.<\/p><p data-start=\"4149\" data-end=\"4559\">Screen printing is used for adhesive coverage and coating. Not all laminated structures use adhesives. Adhesive-free laminates make thinner, more flexible circuits. They also offer better heat transfer than adhesive-based laminates. Because there is no adhesive layer to block heat, heat moves through the circuit better. This lets adhesive-free flex operate in conditions where adhesive-based flex might fail.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4561\" data-end=\"4564\" \/><h1 data-start=\"4566\" data-end=\"4615\">Soldering steps for FPC (FPC soldering process)<\/h1><p data-start=\"4617\" data-end=\"4783\">Below are practical steps for hand soldering a PQFP chip and common SMD parts on flexible circuits. Use these steps as a clear guide. Use an iron to treat the pads. This avoids bad tinning or pad oxidation. Chips usually do not need pre-work.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4940\" data-end=\"5460\"><p data-start=\"4943\" data-end=\"5460\">Use tweezers to carefully place the PQFP chip on the PCB. After those two pins are soldered, check alignment. If needed, move or remove and re-place the chip.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5462\" data-end=\"5766\"><p data-start=\"5465\" data-end=\"5766\">When you start soldering all pins, add solder to the iron tip. Apply flux to all pins to keep them wet. Touch the iron tip to the end of each pin until you see solder flow into the pin. Keep the iron tip parallel to the pins during soldering. This helps stop pins from bridging due to too much solder.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5768\" data-end=\"6076\"><p data-start=\"5771\" data-end=\"6076\">After soldering all pins, use flux to wet all pins and clean the solder. Remove extra solder to remove shorts and bridges. Finally, use tweezers to inspect for bad solder joints. When done, clean the board. They use conductors and other parts on a non-conductive board. The non-conductive board often contains glass. The glass makes the board strong and stiff.
