De fleste modul-PCB'er bruger halve huller.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"892\">Karakteristik af metalliserede halvhuls-PCB'er<\/h3><ul data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"1094\"><li data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"922\"><p data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"922\">Den enkelte enhed er lille.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"1094\"><p data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"1094\">Enhedens kant har en r\u00e6kke metalliserede halve huller. Denne enhed er et subboard af et parent board. Dette passer til tynde enheder.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1802\"><p data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1802\"><strong data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1604\">Forenkle produktionen.<\/strong> Processen kr\u00e6ver ekstra trin tidligt i forl\u00f8bet (f.eks. kobberbel\u00e6gning og pr\u00e6cis singulering), men alt i alt er det mere effektivt end at bruge traditionelle stik. Det \u00f8ger transmissionseffektiviteten.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"2095\" data-end=\"2126\">Problemer med behandlingen<\/h2><ol data-start=\"2127\" data-end=\"3157\"><li data-start=\"2127\" data-end=\"2357\"><p data-start=\"2130\" data-end=\"2357\">Efter formning viser metalliserede PCB'er med halve huller ofte problemer med kobberet i hulv\u00e6ggen. Disse omfatter kobberl\u00f8ft, m\u00f8rkt kobber, rester af grater og forskydning. Disse problemer er en almindelig udfordring for printkortproducenter i formningstrinnet.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2358\" data-end=\"2604\"><p data-start=\"2361\" data-end=\"2604\">En hel r\u00e6kke af frim\u00e6rkelignende halve huller er s\u00e6rlig h\u00e5rd. Hulst\u00f8rrelsen er ca. 0,6 mm. Afstanden mellem hul og v\u00e6g er ca. 0,45 mm. Det ydre lags m\u00f8nsterafstand er ca. 2 mm. De sm\u00e5 mellemrum g\u00f8r det nemt at lave kortslutninger p\u00e5 grund af kobberhuden.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2605\" data-end=\"3157\"><p data-start=\"2608\" data-end=\"3157\">Almindelige formningsmetoder til metalliserede PCB'er med halve huller omfatter CNC-fr\u00e6sning (router), mekanisk stansning og V-cut. N\u00e5r disse metoder fjerner un\u00f8dvendige dele af de belagte huller, efterlader de ofte kobbertr\u00e5de og grater p\u00e5 de udsk\u00e5rne PTH-kanter (plated through hole). I alvorlige tilf\u00e6lde kan kobberet p\u00e5 hulv\u00e6ggen l\u00f8fte sig eller skalle af. Under formningen kan PCB-udvidelse, n\u00f8jagtighed i boreposition og formningspr\u00e6cision ogs\u00e5 medf\u00f8re, at de halve huller til venstre og h\u00f8jre for den samme enhed er meget forskellige i st\u00f8rrelse. Det g\u00f8r det sv\u00e6rt for kunderne at lodde og montere.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h2 data-start=\"3159\" data-end=\"3207\">V\u00e6rd at vide om PCB-processen med halve huller<\/h2><ul data-start=\"3208\" data-end=\"3417\"><li data-start=\"3208\" data-end=\"3417\"><p data-start=\"3210\" data-end=\"3417\">Alle metalliserede PCB-hulpositioner med halve huller skal bores efter billeddannelse\/plettering (eller efter m\u00f8nsterplettering) og f\u00f8r \u00e6tsning, s\u00e5 krydsningspunkterne i hver ende af det halve hul har et boret hul.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ol data-start=\"3419\" data-end=\"4207\"><li data-start=\"3419\" data-end=\"3528\"><p data-start=\"3422\" data-end=\"3528\">Ingeni\u00f8rafdelingen skal indstille MI-flowet (produktionsinstruktionen) for halvhulsprocessen.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3529\" data-end=\"3780\"><p data-start=\"3532\" data-end=\"3780\">For halvhuller i metal, der er dannet ved f\u00f8rst at bore (eller fr\u00e6se), s\u00e5 m\u00f8nsterplettering og derefter endnu en boring f\u00f8r \u00e6tsning, skal du overveje, om fr\u00e6sning af den ydre form vil blotl\u00e6gge kobber. Flyt det borede halve hul ind mod enhedens indre, hvis det er n\u00f8dvendigt.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3781\" data-end=\"4026\"><p data-start=\"3784\" data-end=\"4026\">Til hullet i h\u00f8jre side (boret halvt hul):<br data-start=\"3828\" data-end=\"3831\" \/>a. Bor det f\u00f8rst, vend derefter br\u00e6ttet (eller spejlvend det) og bor hullet i venstre side.<br data-start=\"3917\" data-end=\"3920\" \/>b. Dette reducerer borekronens tr\u00e6k p\u00e5 hullets kobber og undg\u00e5r kobbertab inde i det halve hul.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4027\" data-end=\"4109\"><p data-start=\"4030\" data-end=\"4109\">Borest\u00f8rrelsen for det halve hul afh\u00e6nger af afstanden til konturlinjen.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4110\" data-end=\"4207\"><p data-start=\"4113\" data-end=\"4207\">Tegn loddemaskefilmen. For fr\u00e6sede \u00e5bninger skal du tilf\u00f8je stop-punkter og forst\u00f8rre vinduer med 4 mil.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h2 data-start=\"4209\" data-end=\"4229\">Procesforl\u00f8b<\/h2><p data-start=\"4230\" data-end=\"4394\">Et halvt hul er et metalliseret hul, der er sk\u00e5ret midt over. Det ser enkelt ud, fordi du m\u00e5ske tror, at du kun beh\u00f8ver at fr\u00e6se omridset p\u00e5 en normal plade. Men det er faktisk ikke s\u00e5 enkelt.<\/p><ol data-start=\"4396\" data-end=\"5929\"><li data-start=\"4396\" data-end=\"4463\"><p data-start=\"4399\" data-end=\"4463\">Fr\u00e6s de halve kanthuller ved hj\u00e6lp af en dobbelt V-formet sk\u00e6rebane.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4464\" data-end=\"4653\"><p data-start=\"4467\" data-end=\"4653\">Til den anden boring tilf\u00f8jes styrehuller ved den \u00f8delagte hulkant. Fjern kobberhuden tidligt for at reducere grater. Skift fra lige bor til notfr\u00e6ser, og optimer spindelhastighed og fremf\u00f8ring.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4654\" data-end=\"4757\"><p data-start=\"4657\" data-end=\"4757\">P\u00e5f\u00f8r kobberbel\u00e6gning p\u00e5 pladen, s\u00e5 de runde hulv\u00e6gge ved pladekanten f\u00e5r et lag kobber.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4758\" data-end=\"5001\"><p data-start=\"4761\" data-end=\"5001\">Lav det ydre lags kredsl\u00f8b ved at laminere, eksponere og fremkalde. Lav derefter endnu en kobber- og tinbel\u00e6gning, s\u00e5 kobberlaget p\u00e5 de runde hulv\u00e6gge i kanten bliver tykkere og d\u00e6kket af et tinlag, der er modstandsdygtigt over for \u00e6tsning.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5002\" data-end=\"5078\"><p data-start=\"5005\" data-end=\"5078\">Form det halve hul ved at sk\u00e6re det runde hul ved pladekanten midt over.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5079\" data-end=\"5141\"><p data-start=\"5082\" data-end=\"5141\">Fjern den resistfilm, der blev presset under lamineringen.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5142\" data-end=\"5218\"><p data-start=\"5145\" data-end=\"5218\">\u00c6ts printet for at fjerne det blottede ydre kobber, der er tilbage efter strippingen.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5219\" data-end=\"5298\"><p data-start=\"5222\" data-end=\"5298\">Fjern tin p\u00e5 pladen, s\u00e5 kobberet p\u00e5 v\u00e6ggen med det halve hul er blottet.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5299\" data-end=\"5410\"><p data-start=\"5302\" data-end=\"5410\">Brug r\u00f8d tape til at holde pladerne sammen efter formningen. F\u00f8r dem gennem alkalisk \u00e6tsning for at fjerne grater.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5411\" data-end=\"5715\"><p data-start=\"5415\" data-end=\"5715\">N\u00e5r printet har f\u00e5et endnu en kobber- og tinbel\u00e6gning, sk\u00e6res det runde kanthul midt over for at lave et halvt hul. Fordi kobberet i hulv\u00e6ggen er d\u00e6kket af tin, og kobberet i hulv\u00e6ggen er fuldt forbundet med kobberet i det ydre lag, er bindingen st\u00e6rk. Ved at sk\u00e6re undg\u00e5r man, at kobberet l\u00f8fter sig eller skaller af.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5716\" data-end=\"5929\"><p data-start=\"5720\" data-end=\"5929\">N\u00e5r halvhulsdannelsen er f\u00e6rdig, skal du fjerne resisten og derefter \u00e6tse.
