Pludselig bliver \u201cden kan b\u00f8jes\u201d til en liste med sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvor er det lige, jeg tillader b\u00f8jning?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvad sker der med <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcbelec.com\/blog\/pcb-design-tips\/single-sided-flexible-pcb-design-guide-bending-radius-trace-routing-and-stiffeners.html\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Loddeforbindelser n\u00e6r b\u00f8jningen<\/a>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvordan kan man overhovedet k\u00f8re SMT p\u00e5 noget, der flyder rundt som et b\u00e5nd?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denne guide er den praktiske version. Den forklarer, hvad flex PCB-samling (ofte skrevet som FPCA) er, hvordan processen adskiller sig fra stive plader, hvad man skal holde \u00f8je med i designet, hvordan det virkelige produktionsflow ser ud, og hvor omkostninger og udbytte normalt bliver spist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-0-what-flex-pcb-assembly-actually-means\">Hvad Flex PCB Assembly egentlig betyder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/flj-pcb.com\/da\/pcb-assembly\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Montering af flex-printkort<\/a> er processen med at montere komponenter direkte p\u00e5 et fleksibelt kredsl\u00f8bssubstrat, normalt et tyndt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcbonline.com\/blog\/polyimide-circuit-boards.html\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Basisfilm af polyimid (PI)<\/a> med kobberfolie. Samlingstrinnene ligner stive PCBA'er, men fysikken er slet ikke den samme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En stiv FR4-plade er flad. Det forbliver fladt. Det t\u00e5ler typiske reflow-cyklusser ret godt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et rent flexkredsl\u00f8b vil gerne bev\u00e6ge sig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det udvider sig og krymper mere. Den absorberer fugt. Det rynker sig. Det kan l\u00f8fte sig under placeringen. Det kan forvr\u00e6nge lige pr\u00e6cis nok til, at et fint fodaftryk bliver et problem, selv om CAD'en er perfekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 det store tema ved flexmontering er stabilisering. Ikke kun reflow. Ogs\u00e5 print og pick and place. Hvis dit substrat ikke er fladt, f\u00e5r du variation i pastavolumen, forskydning af placering, tombstoning, \u00e5bninger. Alle klassikerne, bare hyppigere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cyklustiderne har ogs\u00e5 en tendens til at v\u00e6re langsommere, fordi man ofte har brug for blidere, lavere temperaturprofiler og ekstra h\u00e5ndteringstrin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-3-rigid-flex-pcb-assembly\">Stiv flex PCB-samling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rigid flex giver dig indbygget mekanisk stabilitet p\u00e5 de stive \u00f8er. Men de blandede materialer kan bek\u00e6mpe hinanden under reflow, fordi den stive FR4 og den fleksible PI-stak reagerer forskelligt p\u00e5 varme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 i stedet for at \u201cholde det fladt\u201d bliver fokus \u201cikke at stresse krydset\u201d. Det kan stadig v\u00e6re n\u00f8dvendigt med st\u00f8tteanordninger, og termisk profilering betyder meget. Overdrevent tryk, uj\u00e6vn opvarmning eller alt for aggressive ramper kan skabe sk\u00e6vheder eller beskadige lagstakken ved overgangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-4-where-flex-pcbs-show-up-and-why\">Hvor flex-printkort dukker op (og hvorfor)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Flex PCB'er muligg\u00f8r kompakte og innovative elektronikdesigns, hvor stive PCB'er bare ikke kan f\u00f8res. Almindelige anvendelser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Smarte wearables<\/strong>: T\u00e6t indpakning, buede huse, konstant bev\u00e6gelse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medicinske instrumenter<\/strong>: h\u00e5ndholdte overv\u00e5gningsenheder, patientb\u00e5rne sensorer, nogle gange implantatrelaterede enheder, hvor p\u00e5lidelighed betyder mere end pris.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Forbrugerelektronik<\/strong>: tyndere og lettere enheder, h\u00e6ngsler, foldemekanismer, kameraforbindelser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Biler<\/strong>: infotainment, kameraer, LIDAR-sensorer, moduler, der ser vibrationer og temperaturudsving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Luft- og rumfart og forsvar<\/strong>: h\u00f8j p\u00e5lidelighed, st\u00f8d- og vibrationstolerance, v\u00e6gtbesparelser.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Flex er ogs\u00e5 underligt godt til \u00e6stetik. Designere kan forme det til kurver, wraparounds og us\u00e6dvanlige konturer. Det hj\u00e6lper, n\u00e5r det er det industrielle design, der styrer layoutet, og ikke omvendt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-5-design-rules-that-make-flex-assembly-easier-and-more-reliable\">Designregler, der g\u00f8r flexmontering nemmere (og mere p\u00e5lidelig)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mange fejl i flexmontagen er \u201cdesignet ind\u201d. Kortet kan produceres som en n\u00f8gen flex og stadig v\u00e6re elendig at samle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her er de store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-6-1-keep-solder-joints-away-from-bend-areas\">1) Hold loddesamlinger v\u00e6k fra b\u00f8jningsomr\u00e5der<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Loddetin er ikke fleksibelt. Det er ikke meningen, at det skal v\u00e6re det. N\u00e5r et flexkredsl\u00f8b b\u00f8jes, kan kobberet overleve (is\u00e6r med den rigtige folie), men loddeforbindelser i n\u00e6rheden af b\u00f8jningen bliver udmattelsespunkter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 den enkle regel er: <strong>ingen komponenter, ingen vias, ingen stive overgange i den dynamiske b\u00f8jningsregion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis kredsl\u00f8bet b\u00f8jer en gang under installationen og derefter bliver siddende (statisk flex), kan du nogle gange skubbe t\u00e6ttere p\u00e5. Hvis det b\u00f8jer gentagne gange under brug (dynamisk flex), skal du give det rigtig meget plads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og t\u00e6nk i 3D. Det er ikke bare \u201cafstand fra linjen\u201d. Du bruger dem til:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>skabe flade omr\u00e5der til SMT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>forst\u00e6rke stikhaler og ZIF-omr\u00e5der<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Placering af kontrolb\u00f8jning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tilf\u00f8j tykkelse til mekaniske gr\u00e6nseflader<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Typiske afstivningsmaterialer omfatter PI-afstivninger, FR4-afstivninger, rustfrit st\u00e5l og aluminium. Hvert valg p\u00e5virker varmeoverf\u00f8rsel, fladhed og hvordan panelet opf\u00f8rer sig under reflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du ved, at en konnektor har brug for stivhed, skal du l\u00e6gge afstiveren ind i designet og g\u00f8re tydeligt opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 det i produktions- og monteringsnoter. G\u00e5 ikke ud fra, at mont\u00f8ren \u201cfinder ud af det\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-8-3-choose-materials-with-assembly-and-fatigue-in-mind\">3) V\u00e6lg materialer med tanke p\u00e5 montering og udmattelse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Materialevalg betyder meget mere for flex end for rigid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Basisfilm:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der er en grund til, at polyimid er standard. Varmebestandigt, rimelig dimensionsstabilitet, bredt underst\u00f8ttet i produktionen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kobberfolie:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcbdirectory.com\/community\/ed-copper-vs-ra-copper\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Valset udgl\u00f8det (RA) kobber<\/a> foretr\u00e6kkes normalt til dynamisk flex, fordi det h\u00e5ndterer gentagne b\u00f8jninger bedre end elektrodeponeret (ED) kobber. RA er mere duktilt. Mindre tilb\u00f8jelig til at revne under udmattelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selvkl\u00e6bende system:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Akrylkl\u00e6bemidler kan v\u00e6re mekanisk fleksible, men de kan ogs\u00e5 absorbere fugt og p\u00e5virke p\u00e5lideligheden. Kl\u00e6bel\u00f8se konstruktioner kan forbedre ydeevnen, men prisen og tilg\u00e6ngeligheden skifter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Overfladefinish:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ENIG og Immersion Silver er almindelige valg, fordi de lodder godt og giver korrosionsbeskyttelse. Det er ikke, fordi andre overfladebehandlinger ikke kan fungere, men flexprodukter lever ofte i h\u00e5rdere milj\u00f8er, og man \u00f8nsker en forudsigelig loddeevne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-9-4-dont-ignore-moisture-and-storage\">4) Ignorer ikke fugt og opbevaring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>PI kan v\u00e6re f\u00f8lsom over for fugt. Fugt plus reflow kan skabe problemer som delaminering eller \u201cpopcorning\u201d-effekter samt dimensionsafvigelser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 du vil se krav som:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fugtkontrolleret opbevaring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bagetrin f\u00f8r montering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>korrekt MSL-h\u00e5ndtering af komponenter og nogle gange ogs\u00e5 flexpaneler<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Og hvis produktet vil v\u00e6re fugtigt p\u00e5 lang sigt, skal du overveje <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Conformal_coating\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">konform bel\u00e6gning<\/a> og materialer af h\u00f8jere kvalitet, hvor det giver mening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-10-5-design-for-carrier-tooling\">5) Design til b\u00e6rev\u00e6rkt\u00f8j<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette er den luskede. Din montagepartner har m\u00e5ske brug for et stift v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j til at bearbejde panelet, og panelets omrids, v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jshuller, brudflapper og omr\u00e5der, der skal holdes ude, p\u00e5virker, hvor nemt det er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du laver BGA'er med fin pitch eller stik med stram pitch p\u00e5 flex, skal du forvente, at producenten beder om det:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jshuller eller referencepunkter i stabile omr\u00e5der<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Panelskinner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>definerede omr\u00e5der, der skal holdes ude ved vakuumopsamling eller fastsp\u00e6nding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>undertiden midlertidig binding til en b\u00e6rer (procesafh\u00e6ngig)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Jo tidligere du retter ind efter dette, jo f\u00e6rre \u201chvorfor er denne NRE s\u00e5 h\u00f8j\u201d-overraskelser senere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-11-the-real-flex-pcb-assembly-flow-step-by-step\">Det rigtige flex PCB-monteringsflow (trin for trin)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>FPCA f\u00f8lger det almindelige SMT-flow, men med ekstra stabilisering og ekstra forsigtighed omkring temperatur og bev\u00e6gelse. En typisk sekvens ser s\u00e5dan ud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-12-1-preparation\">1) Forberedelse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er her, producenten s\u00e6tter bestyrelsen i stand til at lykkes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indg\u00e5ende inspektion af flexpaneler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fugtkontrol og forbagning efter behov<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifikation af overfladefinish og loddeevne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gennemgang af opbygning, afstivernes placering, b\u00f8jningszoner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Forbagning er almindeligt for at reducere fugt og forbedre dimensionsstabiliteten. Det hj\u00e6lper ogs\u00e5 med at reducere bev\u00e6gelse under reflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-13-2-stabilization-on-rigid-carriers\">2) Stabilisering p\u00e5 stive b\u00e6rere<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette er kernen i flexmontering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flexpanelet er monteret p\u00e5 en stiv b\u00e6repalle, armatur eller v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsplade, s\u00e5 det forbliver fladt og stabilt under printning, placering og reflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der er forskellige metoder: mekanisk fastsp\u00e6nding, vakuumtransport\u00f8rer, midlertidig limning, specialpaller. M\u00e5let er altid det samme. Ingen rynker, ingen l\u00f8ft, ingen afdrift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontinuerlig ekstern stabilisering er afg\u00f8rende her, is\u00e6r hvis du placerer fine pitch-komponenter, hvor en lille fejljustering er fatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-14-3-solder-paste-printing\">3) Udskrivning af loddepasta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pastatryk p\u00e5 flex er vanskeligt, fordi pastam\u00e6ngden afh\u00e6nger af ensartet stencilkontakt og fladhed p\u00e5 pladen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00e6lles kontroller:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>strammere indstilling af skrabetryk (men ikke s\u00e5 h\u00f8jt, at det forvr\u00e6nger panelet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Justeringer af stencil-design til fin pitch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nogle gange step-stencils, hvor behovet for tykkelse varierer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stabile referencer og god synsjustering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du ser loddebroer p\u00e5 flex, er det ofte pastarelateret. Enten for meget pasta eller pasta, der er smurt ud p\u00e5 grund af let bev\u00e6gelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-15-4-pick-and-place-with-vision-systems\">4) V\u00e6lg og placer med vision-systemer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Placeringen sker normalt med visionsstyret pick and place. Igen holder transport\u00f8ren panelet stabilt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Problemer, der dukker op her:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flexl\u00f8ft ved kanter, der skaber h\u00f8jdevariation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>let paneludstr\u00e6kning for\u00e5rsager kumulativ placeringsfejl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>udfordringer med vakuumopsamling, hvis tavlen ikke er fuldt underst\u00f8ttet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bedre linjer bruger avanceret syn og kompensation, men god mekanik betyder stadig mere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-16-5-reflow-soldering-usually-slower-cooler\">5) Reflow-lodning (normalt langsommere og k\u00f8ligere)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Termisk kontrol er en stor ting. Flexmaterialer og kl\u00e6bemidler kan have lavere Tg eller en anden termisk adf\u00e6rd end FR4-samlinger.
