DFT betyder, at man tilf\u00f8jer elementer som testpunkter til printkortet for at g\u00f8re det lettere at teste kredsl\u00f8bets funktion. Ekstra testpunkter hj\u00e6lper ingeni\u00f8rerne med at kontrollere printet, efter det er bygget. M\u00e5let er at finde og bekr\u00e6fte eventuelle produktionsfejl, der kan forhindre produktet i at fungere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De vigtigste DFT-id\u00e9er<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To n\u00f8glebegreber i DFT er kontrollerbarhed og observerbarhed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Styrbarhed<\/strong>: Evnen til at indstille visse kredsl\u00f8bsknudepunkter eller indgange til en kendt tilstand eller logisk v\u00e6rdi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Observerbarhed<\/strong>: Muligheden for at se tilstanden eller den logiske v\u00e6rdi af interne noder eller udgange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Disse to ideer giver ingeni\u00f8rerne mulighed for at s\u00e6tte designet i en kendt starttilstand og derefter kontrollere og overv\u00e5ge interne signaler. Det hj\u00e6lper med at kontrollere, om enheden fungerer, som den skal. Test kan derefter afsl\u00f8re funktionsfejl eller produktionsfejl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Almindelige funktionsfejl og kontroller<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>funktionel fejl<\/strong> refererer til forkert eller d\u00e5rlig output fra systemet, for\u00e5rsaget af d\u00e5rlig kredsl\u00f8bsadf\u00e6rd eller gentagne funktionsfejl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fejl kan rettes med kodejusteringer eller mindre \u00e6ndringer, men alvorlige fejl indikerer, at der er behov for design\u00e6ndringer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processen med detaljeret fejldiagnose kaldes <strong>Analyse af fejltilstande (FMA)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under funktionstest verificerer ingeni\u00f8rer ogs\u00e5 ledede str\u00f8mme, pin-sp\u00e6ndinger, effektniveauer, switching- og timing-signaler og kortets temperatur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Almindelige produktionsfejl<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Produktionsfejl skyldes problemer som f.eks. overskydende metalrester p\u00e5 printet, d\u00e5rlig plettering, forurening i loddeforbindelser og dielektriske problemer. Disse kan f\u00f8re til kortslutninger, \u00e5bne kredsl\u00f8b, svage loddeforbindelser eller isoleringssvigt. Det er vigtigt at designe for at minimere risikoen for s\u00e5danne defekter og g\u00f8re det lettere at opdage dem, hvis de opst\u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To m\u00e5der at tilf\u00f8je DFT-funktioner p\u00e5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.
