En typisk enkeltsidet printplade har tre lag: et kredsl\u00f8bslag (kobberfolie), et dielektrisk lag (isolering) og et metalunderlag. Til avancerede anvendelser findes der ogs\u00e5 dobbeltsidede kort med denne stak: kredsl\u00f8bslag, dielektrisk lag, aluminiumsbase, dielektrisk lag, kredsl\u00f8bslag. I nogle f\u00e5 s\u00e6rlige tilf\u00e6lde bruges flerlagskort fremstillet ved at laminere almindelige <a href=\"https:\/\/flj-pcb.com\/da\/pcb-manufacturer\/multilayer-pcb\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2630\">PCB i flere lag<\/a> med dielektriske lag og en aluminiumsbase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e5dan fungerer et aluminiumsunderlag<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Str\u00f8mf\u00f8rende dele er monteret p\u00e5 kredsl\u00f8bslaget. Varmen fra delene bev\u00e6ger sig hurtigt gennem det dielektriske lag og ind i metalbasen. Metalbasen spreder sig derefter og frigiver varmen. Det er s\u00e5dan, delene afk\u00f8les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strukturen af et aluminiumsunderlag<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En aluminiumsbekl\u00e6dt kobberplade er et metalkredsl\u00f8bsmateriale lavet af kobberfolie, et varmeledende dielektrisk lag og en metalbase. De typiske tre lag er:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kredsl\u00f8bslag (CIRCUIT LAYER)<\/strong>: Som det kobberbekl\u00e6dte lag p\u00e5 et normalt printkort. Dette er kerneteknologien. Det er normalt en s\u00e6rlig polymer fyldt med keramik. Det har lav varmebestandighed, gode viskoelastiske egenskaber og modstandsdygtighed over for varme\u00e6ldning. Det kan klare mekanisk og termisk stress. Dette lag g\u00f8r det muligt at kombinere god varmeledning og h\u00f8j elektrisk isolering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Basislag (BASE LAYER)<\/strong>: Metalbasen, normalt aluminium eller nogle gange kobber (kobber har bedre varmeledningsevne). Metalbasen underst\u00f8tter printet. God indpakning \u00f8ger LED-effektiviteten og varmeafledningen, hvilket forl\u00e6nger levetiden. LED-pakkedesign er baseret p\u00e5 fem kernefaktorer: optisk ekstraktionseffektivitet, termisk modstand, str\u00f8mspredning, p\u00e5lidelighed og omkostningseffektivitet (Lm\/$).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle faktorer er vigtige. Optisk ekstraktion p\u00e5virker prisen pr. lumen. Termisk modstand p\u00e5virker p\u00e5lidelighed og levetid. Str\u00f8mspredning p\u00e5virker kundens anvendelse. God indpakning afbalancerer disse faktorer og opfylder kundernes behov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalt bruges enkeltlags eller dobbeltlags aluminiumsunderlag som k\u00f8lelegemer. En eller flere chips er fastgjort direkte p\u00e5 aluminiums- (eller kobber-) basen. Chippens p- og n-elektroder er tr\u00e5dbundet til et tyndt kobberlag p\u00e5 substratets overflade. Antallet af chips p\u00e5 pladen afh\u00e6nger af den kr\u00e6vede effekt; pakker kan kombineres for at lave 1 W, 2 W, 3 W h\u00f8jeffekts-LED'er. Til sidst st\u00f8bes eller udleveres et materiale med h\u00f8jt brydningsindeks over lysdioderne i henhold til det optiske design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grundl\u00e6ggende metalkvaliteter i aluminium<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Almindelige aluminiumserier, der bruges til substrater, er 1000-, 5000- og 6000-serierne:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1000-serien<\/strong>: Eksempler 1050, 1060, 1070. Disse er n\u00e6sten rent aluminium (\u2265 99% Al). De er nemme at producere og billige. Udbredt i den almindelige industri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>5000-serien<\/strong>: Eksempler 5052, 5005, 5083, 5A05. Disse er aluminium-magnesium-legeringer (Mg ~3-5%). De har lav massefylde, h\u00f8j tr\u00e6kstyrke og god forl\u00e6ngelse. V\u00e6gten er lavere for samme areal. Anvendes inden for luftfart (br\u00e6ndstoftanke) og generel industriel brug.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>6000-serien<\/strong>: Eksempel 6061. Denne serie indeholder Mg og Si og kombinerer fordelene ved 4000- og 5000-serien. Den kan varmebehandles, har god korrosionsbestandighed, gode bearbejdnings- og bel\u00e6gningsegenskaber og h\u00f8j styrke. Anvendes i flydele, kameradele, koblinger, skibsfittings, hardware, elektroniske dele og stik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LED Aluminum Substrate vs PCB Aluminum Substrate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>LED-aluminiumsubstrater er specialiseret til LED-industrien og har drevet k\u00f8lepladeapplikationer. De har h\u00f8j varmeledningsevne, lav termisk modstand, lang levetid og sp\u00e6ndingsmodstand. LED-aluminiumssubstrater udvidede LED-anvendelser som indikatorlamper til apparater, forlygter til biler, gadelygter og store udend\u00f8rs skilte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Varmeledningsevnen i LED-aluminiumplader afh\u00e6nger i h\u00f8j grad af det midterste dielektrikum (ofte en varmeledende polymer eller termisk kl\u00e6bemiddel). Varmeledningsevne, termisk modstand og sp\u00e6ndingsmodstand er tre vigtige kvalitetsm\u00e5l. Efter laminering m\u00e5les varmeledningsevnen med instrumenter. Keramik- og kobbermaterialer har h\u00f8jere varmeledningsevne, men omkostningerne begr\u00e6nser de fleste markeder til aluminiumssubstrater. Termisk design af LED'er bruger ofte CFD-simulering (computational fluid dynamics) og grundl\u00e6ggende termiske beregninger, som er vigtige i produktionen af substrater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e6skestr\u00f8mningsmodstand (hydraulisk modstand) skyldes v\u00e6skens viskositet og faste gr\u00e6nser. De maksimalt tilladte temperaturer kommer fra en stressanalyse og skal matche produktets p\u00e5lidelighedsm\u00e5l og tildelte fejlrater for hver komponent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(C) L\u00f8sninger p\u00e5 termiske problemer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>LED-varme er et stort problem. Aluminiumssubstrater med h\u00f8j varmeledningsevne kan tr\u00e6kke varmen effektivt ud.
