Eller du har lige f\u00e5et godkendelse til at g\u00e5 i gang med en rigtig produktserie, og pludselig bliver sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5lene flere og flere. Hvem indk\u00f8ber delene? Hvad sker der, n\u00e5r en komponent g\u00e5r i restordre? Har du brug for AOI, r\u00f8ntgen, funktionstest, conformal coating? Ikke fordi ideen er d\u00e5rlig. Men fordi printmontage er sit eget h\u00e5ndv\u00e6rk, og hvis man g\u00f8r det \u201cstort set rigtigt\u201d, ender man med omarbejde, forsinkelser og print, der opf\u00f8rer sig forskelligt fra batch til batch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 lad os tale om, hvordan man laver PCBA p\u00e5 den rigtige m\u00e5de. Hvad \u00e6ndrer sig mellem prototype og produktion. Hvad man skal forberede. Hvad man skal kigge efter hos en produktionspartner. Og hvordan man holder processen kedelig, forudsigelig og gentagelig. Det er helt \u00e6rligt m\u00e5let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-0-prototype-vs-production-pcba-is-not-the-same-game\">Prototype vs. produktions-PCBA er ikke det samme spil<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Et prototypel\u00f8b er tilgivende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du bygger 2 til 5 enheder, kan du h\u00e5ndplacere en underlig del. Du kan udskifte en alternativ modstandsv\u00e6rdi. Du kan fifle med et signal. Man kan reflowe i en br\u00f8dristerovn og stadig sende en demoenhed til en investor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Produktion lader dig ikke g\u00f8re det. Produktion handler om konsistens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En \u201cfungerende\u201d prototype betyder ikke automatisk, at du har et produkt, der kan produceres. Fordi produktion tilf\u00f8jer nye begr\u00e6nsninger:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Komponenternes tilg\u00e6ngelighed<\/strong> bliver en konstant kamp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Udbytte ved samling<\/strong> betyder noget. En fejlrate p\u00e5 2 procent er irriterende ved 5 tavler, men dyr ved 500.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Test-strategi<\/strong> sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l. Du har brug for en m\u00e5de at verificere enheder hurtigt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dokumentation<\/strong> bliver en del af produktet. Ikke valgfrit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kvalitetskontrol<\/strong> bliver et system, ikke en person, der stirrer p\u00e5 tavlen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 det virkelige sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l er ikke \u201ckan vi samle det\u201d. Det er \u201ckan vi samle det p\u00e5 samme m\u00e5de, hver gang, i stor skala\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-1-the-boring-checklist-that-saves-your-project\">Den kedelige tjekliste, der redder dit projekt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f8r du sender filer ud til samling, skal du tr\u00e6de et skridt tilbage og sikre dig, at du kan svare klart p\u00e5 disse sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l. Helt ned til emballage, hvis det betyder noget. Hvis du bruger sm\u00e5 passiver, betyder det virkelig noget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En god praksis er at inkludere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MPN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beskrivelse og n\u00f8glespecifikationer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Godkendte suppleanter (i det mindste for passive)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e6ngde pr. br\u00e6t og samlet m\u00e6ngde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Noter som \u201cDNF\u201d-dele eller \u201cdo not substitute\u201d p\u00e5 kritiske emner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Og ja, det f\u00f8les kedeligt. Men det er billigere end en produktionslinje, der g\u00e5r i st\u00e5, fordi nogen har fortolket dit valg af kondensator anderledes, end du forventede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-3-2-are-your-footprints-and-polarity-markings-unambiguous\">2) Er dine fodaftryk og polaritetsmarkeringer entydige?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er her, sm\u00e5 fejl bliver til store regninger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prototypeteams er nogle gange afh\u00e6ngige af stammeviden. Du husker, at diodens fodaftryk er spejlvendt, men du har kompenseret i layoutet. Det kan mont\u00f8ren ikke huske. De vil f\u00f8lge silketrykket og centroid-dataene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lav en hurtig gennemgang specielt til montering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pin 1-indikator p\u00e5 IC'er.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Polaritetsmarkeringer p\u00e5 dioder, LED'er, elektrolytter, tantal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stikkets retning er tydelig.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fiducials til stede og ikke blokeret af silketryk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e5rdsplads og afsp\u00e6rring respekteres, is\u00e6r i n\u00e6rheden af h\u00f8je dele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du har fine pitch-dele, skal du s\u00f8rge for, at <a href=\"https:\/\/hubble.com\/community\/guides\/10-common-mistakes-on-your-first-custom-pcb\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">fodaftrykket er korrekt og verificeret i forhold til databladet<\/a>, og ikke kopieret fra et tilf\u00e6ldigt bibliotek. Vi har alle gjort det en gang. Reduktion af pasta p\u00e5 termiske puder. Vinduesrudem\u00f8nstre. Den slags ting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er ikke \u201coverengineering\u201d. Det er forskellen p\u00e5 en printplade, der klarer reflow, og en, der bygger bro, flyder eller bliver til en gravsten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-5-4-what-is-your-test-plan\">4) Hvad er din testplan?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du kun tester ved at s\u00e6tte et kabel i og h\u00e5be p\u00e5, at den starter op, er det fint i fem enheder. Det bryder hurtigt sammen senere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Produktionen har brug for en gentagelig, hurtig testproces. Og hvor lang tid en test skal tage. Hvis den eneste m\u00e5de at teste p\u00e5 er, at et menneske roder rundt med et multimeter i 15 minutter, vil du kunne m\u00e6rke det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-6-what-pcb-assembly-done-right-actually-means\">Hvad \u201cPCB-samling gjort rigtigt\u201d faktisk betyder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der er meget markedsf\u00f8ring i PCBA. Alle siger hurtig, h\u00f8j kvalitet, lave omkostninger. Alt sammen p\u00e5 \u00e9n gang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I praksis betyder det at g\u00f8re det rigtigt, at man har en partner, som konsekvent kan h\u00e5ndtere disse omr\u00e5der uden drama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-7-reliable-sourcing-not-just-cheap-sourcing\">P\u00e5lidelig sourcing, ikke bare billig sourcing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I produktionen er indk\u00f8b af komponenter halvdelen af arbejdet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det g\u00f8r en god PCBA-partner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Marker risikable dele. Lange leveringstider, en enkelt kilde, NRND.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foresl\u00e5 alternativer, der matcher dine specifikationer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bekr\u00e6ft pakketyper og rullest\u00f8rrelser, f\u00f8r du bestiller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brug sporbare forsyningskanaler, n\u00e5r det er n\u00f8dvendigt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Billige indk\u00f8b kan blive dyre senere, hvis det f\u00f8rer til forfalskninger, blandede datokoder eller inkonsekvente dele. Hvis dit produkt skal opf\u00f8re sig forudsigeligt, vil du ogs\u00e5 have forudsigelighed i forsyningsk\u00e6den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-8-process-control-paste-placement-reflow-inspection\">Proceskontrol: pasta, placering, reflow, inspektion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Samlekvalitet er ikke magi. Det er en proces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et modent samleb\u00e5nd bekymrer sig om:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Konsistens ved udskrivning af loddepasta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e6lg og placer n\u00f8jagtigt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reflow-profil tilpasset til dit board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Korrekt h\u00e5ndtering af fugtf\u00f8lsomme enheder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reng\u00f8ring, hvis du har brug for det.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AOI-inspektion og r\u00f8ntgen til skjulte samlinger.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Selv om du ikke bestiller tusindvis af enheder, g\u00e6lder den samme disciplin. Skal vi tilf\u00f8je et panel?\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er ikke irriterende. Det er den slags friktion, der forhindrer katastrofer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-10-dfm-is-not-a-buzzword-its-your-insurance-policy\">DFM er ikke et buzzword, det er din forsikringspolice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>DFM, Design for Manufacturability, bliver brugt meget. Is\u00e6r til sm\u00e5 tavler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tydelige referencebetegnelser<\/strong> som ikke er skjult under dele eller sk\u00e5ret af.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Og her er den \u00e6rlige sandhed. DFM er ofte et loop, ikke en engangsopgave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man bygger prototyper, l\u00e6rer, hvad der var smertefuldt, justerer designet og l\u00e5ser det s\u00e5 fast til produktion. Det er normalt. Det er det ogs\u00e5. Men \u201cindlysende\u201d er ogs\u00e5 det, som holdene springer over, n\u00e5r de har travlt. S\u00e5 straffer skemaet dem senere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-13-choosing-a-pcba-partner-without-overthinking-it\">V\u00e6lg en PCBA-partner uden at t\u00e6nke for meget over det<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du har ikke brug for en perfekt producent.
