Sie haben einen Schaltplan, der funktioniert. Das PCB-Layout sieht sauber aus. Vielleicht haben Sie sogar einen Prototyp zur\u00fcckbekommen und er hat geblinkt, gebootet, gemessen und gesendet. Prima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann kommt die Realit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt brauchen Sie zehn Bretter. Oder hundert. Oder Sie haben gerade die Genehmigung erhalten, eine echte Produktserie zu starten, und pl\u00f6tzlich h\u00e4ufen sich die Fragen. Wer beschafft die Teile? Was passiert, wenn ein Bauteil in R\u00fcckstand ger\u00e4t? Ben\u00f6tigen Sie AOI, R\u00f6ntgenstrahlen, Funktionstests oder eine konforme Beschichtung? Nicht, weil die Idee schlecht ist. Sondern weil die Leiterplattenbest\u00fcckung ein eigenes Handwerk ist, und wenn man es \u201cgr\u00f6\u00dftenteils richtig\u201d macht, kommt es zu Nacharbeiten, Verz\u00f6gerungen und Leiterplatten, die sich von Charge zu Charge unterschiedlich verhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lassen Sie uns also dar\u00fcber sprechen, wie man PCBA richtig macht. Was sich zwischen Prototyp und Produktion \u00e4ndert. Was man vorbereiten muss. Wonach man bei einem Fertigungspartner suchen sollte. Und wie man den Prozess langweilig, vorhersehbar und wiederholbar macht. Ehrlich gesagt ist das das Ziel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-0-prototype-vs-production-pcba-is-not-the-same-game\">Prototyp vs. Produktions-PCBA ist nicht dasselbe Spiel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Prototypenlauf ist verzeihlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Sie 2 bis 5 Einheiten bauen, k\u00f6nnen Sie ein seltsames Teil von Hand platzieren. Man kann einen anderen Widerstandswert austauschen. Sie k\u00f6nnen ein Signal falsch verdrahten. Man kann ein Reflow-Verfahren in einem Toaster-Ofen durchf\u00fchren und trotzdem ein Vorf\u00fchrger\u00e4t an einen Investor schicken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Produktion kann man das nicht tun. Bei der Produktion geht es um Best\u00e4ndigkeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein \u201cfunktionierender\u201d Prototyp bedeutet nicht automatisch, dass man ein fertigungsf\u00e4higes Produkt hat. Denn bei der Herstellung kommen neue Zw\u00e4nge hinzu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von Bauteilen<\/strong> wird zu einem st\u00e4ndigen Kampf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ausbeute bei der Montage<\/strong> Angelegenheiten. Eine Fehlerquote von 2 % ist bei 5 Platten \u00e4rgerlich, aber bei 500 teuer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00fcfstrategie<\/strong> Angelegenheiten. Die Frage lautet vielmehr: \u201cK\u00f6nnen wir es jedes Mal auf die gleiche Weise und in gro\u00dfem Ma\u00dfstab zusammenbauen?.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-1-the-boring-checklist-that-saves-your-project\">Die langweilige Checkliste, die Ihr Projekt rettet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bevor Sie Dateien zur Montage versenden, sollten Sie sich vergewissern, dass Sie diese Fragen eindeutig beantworten k\u00f6nnen. Wenn Sie das nicht k\u00f6nnen, bekommen Sie zwar immer noch Platten, aber Sie werden f\u00fcr die Verwirrung bezahlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-2-1-is-your-bom-actually-buildable\">1) Ist Ihre St\u00fcckliste tats\u00e4chlich baubar?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/mint-tek.com\/schematic-review-service\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Materialliste, die f\u00fcr das Prototyping geeignet ist<\/a> kann ein Chaos f\u00fcr die Produktion sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allgemeine Probleme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hersteller-Teilenummern fehlen oder sind ungenau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cEin beliebiger 10uF-Kondensator\u201d ohne Spannungsangabe, Geh\u00e4use, Dielektrikum oder Toleranz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Veraltete Teile, die Sie aus einem alten Referenzdesign \u00fcbernommen haben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ICs aus einer Hand mit langen Vorlaufzeiten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teile, die mit einem internen Spitznamen anstelle eines echten bestellbaren Teils aufgef\u00fchrt sind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Produktion muss Ihre St\u00fcckliste eindeutig sein. Bis hin zur Verpackung, wenn es darauf ankommt. Wenn Sie winzige Passivteile verwenden, ist das wirklich wichtig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein bew\u00e4hrtes Verfahren ist die Einbeziehung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MPN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beschreibung und Hauptmerkmale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zugelassene Stellvertreter (zumindest f\u00fcr Passive)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menge pro Brett und Gesamtmenge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hinweise wie \u201cDNF\u201d-Teile oder \u201cnicht ersetzen\u201d bei kritischen Artikeln<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Und ja, es ist m\u00fchsam. Aber es ist billiger als ein Produktionsstopp, weil jemand die Wahl des Kondensators anders interpretiert hat, als Sie es erwartet haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-3-2-are-your-footprints-and-polarity-markings-unambiguous\">2) Sind Ihre Fu\u00dfabdr\u00fccke und Polarit\u00e4tsmarkierungen eindeutig?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier werden kleine Fehler zu gro\u00dfen Rechnungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prototypenteams verlassen sich manchmal auf ihr Stammeswissen. Alle sagen: schnell, hohe Qualit\u00e4t, niedrige Kosten. Alles auf einmal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Praxis bedeutet das in der Regel, dass Sie einen Partner haben, der diese Bereiche konsequent und ohne Drama bew\u00e4ltigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-7-reliable-sourcing-not-just-cheap-sourcing\">Zuverl\u00e4ssige Beschaffung, nicht nur billige Beschaffung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Produktion ist die Beschaffung von Komponenten die halbe Miete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein guter PCBA-Partner wird:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Markieren Sie riskante Teile. Es ist ein Prozess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein ausgereiftes Flie\u00dfband k\u00fcmmert sich darum:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Konsistenz des L\u00f6tpastendrucks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Genauigkeit bei der Auswahl und Platzierung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Reflow-Profil ist auf Ihre Leiterplatte abgestimmt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Korrekter Umgang mit feuchtigkeitsempfindlichen Ger\u00e4ten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reinigung, wenn Sie sie brauchen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AOI-Inspektion und R\u00f6ntgenstrahlen f\u00fcr versteckte Verbindungen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch wenn Sie nicht Tausende von Einheiten bestellen, gilt die gleiche Disziplin. Besonders f\u00fcr kleine Platten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Klare Referenzbezeichner<\/strong> die nicht unter Teilen versteckt oder abgeschnitten sind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Und hier ist die ehrliche Wahrheit. DFM ist oft eine Schleife, keine einmalige Aufgabe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man baut Prototypen, lernt, was schmerzhaft war, passt das Design an und legt es dann f\u00fcr die Produktion fest. Das ist normal.
