Das Bohren verbraucht Platz in allen Lagen.<\/li><li>Als der Platz immer knapper wurde, wuchs die Technologie der Oberfl\u00e4chenmontage. SMD-Teile trugen dazu bei, dass Ger\u00e4te kleiner und tragbarer wurden. Ein oberfl\u00e4chenmontiertes Bauteil kann Leitungen haben oder nicht. Das Wichtigste ist, dass diese Teile auf der gleichen Seite gel\u00f6tet werden, auf der auch der Bauteilk\u00f6rper sitzt. Es k\u00f6nnen also beide Seiten der Platine f\u00fcr Bauteile verwendet werden. Es sind keine durchkontaktierten L\u00f6cher f\u00fcr jedes Bauteil erforderlich.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"header-vfC6AV auto-hide-last-sibling-br\">6.3 Platzsparendes Design: Vias<\/h3><div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-JOTKXA paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\">Um Leiterbahnen in inneren Lagen zu verbinden, k\u00f6nnen Designer Folgendes verwenden\u00a0<strong>Durchkontaktierungen<\/strong>. Ein Via ist wie ein durchkontaktiertes Loch, nur viel kleiner. Vias k\u00f6nnen so bemessen sein, dass sie nur bestimmte Schichten verbinden. Sie ben\u00f6tigen weniger Platz als ein volles Durchkontaktierungsloch. Die Verwendung von Durchkontaktierungen spart Leiterplattenfl\u00e4che.
