Chemisch vernickeltes Silber hat nicht die gleiche physikalische Festigkeit wie chemisch vernickeltes oder chemisch vergoldetes Silber. Das liegt daran, dass sich unter dem Silber keine Nickelschicht befindet.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"456\" data-end=\"518\">Hauptkomponenten des Tauchsilberbades und ihre Aufgaben<\/h2><p data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"783\">Die Rezeptur des Tauchsilberbades entscheidet direkt \u00fcber die Qualit\u00e4t der Silberschicht. Zu den Hauptbestandteilen geh\u00f6ren Silbersalz, Komplexbildner, S\u00e4ureregulator und Zusatzstoffe. Diese Bestandteile wirken zusammen, um die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit und die Form der Silberschicht zu steuern.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"799\">Silbernes Salz<\/h3><p data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"1192\">Silbersalz liefert die Silberionen. \u00dcblicherweise wird Silbernitrat (AgNO\u2083) verwendet. Die typische Konzentration betr\u00e4gt 5-15 g\/L. Ist die Konzentration zu niedrig, ist die Silberschicht zu d\u00fcnn (weniger als 0,1 \u03bcm) und kann das Kupfer nicht gut sch\u00fctzen. Ist die Konzentration zu hoch, kann die Reaktion zu stark sein und das Silber kann als Dendriten wachsen. Dadurch wird die Oberfl\u00e4che rau (Oberfl\u00e4chenrauhigkeit Ra &gt; 0,5 \u03bcm).<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1213\">Komplexbildner<\/h3><p data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1678\">\u00dcbliche Komplexbildner sind Ammoniak oder organische Amine. Sie bilden mit Silberionen einen stabilen Komplex, zum Beispiel [Ag(NH\u2083)\u2082]\u207a. Dadurch wird der Gehalt an freien Silberionen gesenkt und die Reaktion verlangsamt. Ist das Verh\u00e4ltnis zu niedrig, kann die Reaktion nicht gut gesteuert werden und die Silberschicht kann Nadell\u00f6cher aufweisen.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1680\" data-end=\"1697\">S\u00e4ureregulator<\/h3><p data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"2036\">Ameisens\u00e4ure oder Essigs\u00e4ure werden \u00fcblicherweise verwendet, um den pH-Wert des Bades auf etwa 3,5-5,5 einzustellen. Liegt der pH-Wert unter 3,5, sinkt die Stabilit\u00e4t des Komplexes und es entstehen mehr freie Silberionen, so dass die Reaktion heftig verl\u00e4uft. Liegt der pH-Wert \u00fcber 5,5, k\u00f6nnen Kupferionen einen Kupferhydroxid-Niederschlag bilden und die Silberschicht verunreinigen. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen schwarze Flecken entstehen.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2038\" data-end=\"2050\">Zusatzstoffe<\/h3><p data-start=\"2051\" data-end=\"2459\">Zu den Zusatzstoffen geh\u00f6ren Tenside (z. B. Natriumdodecylsulfat) und Korrosionsinhibitoren (z. B. Benzotriazol). Tenside senken die Oberfl\u00e4chenspannung der L\u00f6sung auf unter 30 mN\/m und tragen dazu bei, dass das Silber gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig bedeckt wird, insbesondere in den Durchgangsl\u00f6chern und an den Ecken. Korrosionsinhibitoren unterdr\u00fccken eine \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Kupferaufl\u00f6sung. Der Kupferionengehalt sollte unter 2 g\/L gehalten werden, um Hohlr\u00e4ume in der Silberschicht zu vermeiden.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"2461\" data-end=\"2493\">Chemisch Silber Prozessschritte<\/h2><p data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2586\">Immersionssilber besteht aus drei Hauptschritten: Vortauchen, Eintauchen und abschlie\u00dfendes Absp\u00fclen mit entionisiertem Wasser.<\/p><p data-start=\"2588\" data-end=\"3488\">Ein Pre-Dip hat drei Aufgaben. Erstens dient es als Opferl\u00f6sung. Sie verhindert, dass Kupfer und andere Verunreinigungen aus dem Mikro\u00e4tzbeh\u00e4lter in das Tauchbad gelangen. Die Kupferoberfl\u00e4che im Vortauchbad erh\u00e4lt die gleiche chemische Umgebung und den gleichen pH-Wert wie das Tauchbad. Drittens: Da das Vortauchbad mit Ausnahme des metallischen Silbers die gleiche Zusammensetzung wie das Tauchbad hat, bildet es automatisch den Tauchtank. Bei der Eintauchreaktion wird nur metallisches Silber verbraucht. Die organischen Bestandteile im Bad ver\u00e4ndern sich nur, weil ein Teil der L\u00f6sung durch die Platten herausgetragen wird. Wenn das Vortauchbad und das Tauchbad die gleiche Zusammensetzung haben, entspricht die Menge, die durch das Vortauchbad aufgenommen wird, der Menge, die durch das Tauchbad abgef\u00fchrt wird. Dadurch wird eine unn\u00f6tige Anreicherung von organischen Stoffen im Tauchbad vermieden.<\/p><p data-start=\"3490\" data-end=\"3946\">Die Immersionsreaktion erfolgt durch eine Verdr\u00e4ngungsreaktion zwischen Kupfer- und Silber-Ionen. Eine langsame Eintauchgeschwindigkeit tr\u00e4gt zur Bildung dichter Kristallstrukturen bei und vermeidet Partikelwachstum, das durch schnelle Ausf\u00e4llung und Agglomeration entsteht. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einer hochdichten Silberschicht.<\/p><p data-start=\"3948\" data-end=\"4217\">Diese dichte Struktur bei einer moderaten Dicke von etwa 6-12 \u00b5in (Mikrozoll) sorgt nicht nur f\u00fcr eine gute Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit, sondern auch f\u00fcr eine sehr gute Leitf\u00e4higkeit. Das Tauchsilberbad ist stabil und hat eine lange Lebensdauer. Es ist nicht sehr empfindlich gegen\u00fcber Licht oder Halogenidspuren.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"4219\" data-end=\"4287\">Leistungsvergleich: Chemisch Silber vs. Chemisch Gold (ENIG)<\/h2><p data-start=\"4289\" data-end=\"4488\">Chemisch Nickel mit Chemisch Gold ist eine g\u00e4ngige Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung f\u00fcr hochwertige Leiterplatten. Die Hauptunterschiede zwischen Chemisch Gold und Chemisch Silber liegen in der Leistung und den Kosten.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"4490\" data-end=\"4513\">Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit<\/h3><p data-start=\"4514\" data-end=\"5160\">Bei einem Chemisch-Gold-Stapel wird h\u00e4ufig eine Nickelschicht von 5-10 \u03bcm plus eine Goldschicht von 0,05-0,1 \u03bcm verwendet. Die Haltbarkeit von chemisch gebundenem Silber ist bei normaler Lagerung etwa 12 Monate lang stabil.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"5162\" data-end=\"5186\">Leistung beim L\u00f6ten<\/h3><p data-start=\"5187\" data-end=\"5746\">Chemisch Silber hat eine Lotbenetzung (Ausbreitung) von etwa 80-85%. Das ist etwas besser als Chemisch Gold mit 75-80%, weil Silber eine h\u00f6here Affinit\u00e4t zum Lot hat. Die L\u00f6tstellenfestigkeit von Chemisch Gold ist mit durchschnittlich 6-7 N jedoch h\u00f6her als die von Chemisch Silber mit 5-6 N. Das liegt daran, dass sich die Nickelschicht besser mit Kupfer verbindet. Bei L\u00f6tstellen mit kleinem Abstand (weniger als 0,2 mm) kann die Gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit von Chemisch Silber f\u00fcr den Lotpastendruck hilfreicher sein. Bei gro\u00dfen L\u00f6tstellen (mehr als 1 mm) zeigt Chemisch Gold eine bessere Langzeitzuverl\u00e4ssigkeit.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"5748\" data-end=\"5767\">Kosten und Verfahren<\/h3><p data-start=\"5768\" data-end=\"6307\">Tauchsilber kostet etwa 50-60% des Tauchsilbers. Das liegt vor allem daran, dass Goldsalze viel mehr kosten als Silbersalze. Chemisch Silber erfordert auch weniger Prozessschritte, da kein Nickel aufgebracht werden muss. Die Produktionseffizienz ist h\u00f6her und die Verarbeitungszeit f\u00fcr eine einzelne Charge kann um 30% k\u00fcrzer sein. Immersionsgold hat jedoch ein breiteres Prozessfenster und vertr\u00e4gt Parameterschwankungen besser. Chemisch Nickel erfordert eine strengere Kontrolle der L\u00f6sungszusammensetzung. This is because there is no nickel layer under the silver.<\\\/p><h2 data-start=\\\"456\\\" data-end=\\\"518\\\">Core Components of the Immersion Silver Bath and Their Roles<\\\/h2><p data-start=\\\"520\\\" data-end=\\\"783\\\">The formula of the immersion silver bath directly decides the quality of the silver layer. The main components include silver salt, complexing agent, acid regulator, and additives. These parts work together to control the reaction rate and the silver layer shape.<\\\/p><h3 data-start=\\\"785\\\" data-end=\\\"799\\\">Silver salt<\\\/h3><p data-start=\\\"800\\\" data-end=\\\"1192\\\">Silver salt gives the silver ions. The process is simple and fast. Even when boards see heat, humidity, or contamination, silver keeps good solderability. The silver layer can lose shine though. Immersion silver does not have the physical strength that electroless nickel\/immersion gold has. This is because there is no nickel layer under the silver.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"456\" data-end=\"518\">Core Components of the Immersion Silver Bath and Their Roles<\/h2><p data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"783\">The formula of the immersion silver bath directly decides the quality of the silver layer. The main components include silver salt, complexing agent, acid regulator, and additives. These parts work together to control the reaction rate and the silver layer shape.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"799\">Silver salt<\/h3><p data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"1192\">Silver salt gives the silver ions. Silver nitrate (AgNO\u2083) is commonly used. Typical concentration is 5\u201315 g\/L. If the concentration is too low, the silver layer is too thin (less than 0.1 \u03bcm) and cannot protect the copper well. If the concentration is too high, the reaction can be too strong and the silver may grow as dendrites.
