Die folgenden Leiterplattenhersteller haben einige h\u00e4ufige Probleme bei der Entwicklung von Leiterplatten zu Ihrer Information zusammengefasst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erstens. \u00dcberlappung der Pads<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die \u00dcberlappung der Pads (mit Ausnahme der oberfl\u00e4chenmontierbaren Pads) bedeutet die \u00dcberlappung der L\u00f6cher. Der Mi\u00dfbrauch der Grafikebene<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Auf einigen Grafikebenen wurden einige nutzlose Verbindungen hergestellt. Urspr\u00fcnglich handelte es sich um eine vierlagige Platine, die jedoch mit mehr als f\u00fcnf Lagen Verdrahtung konzipiert wurde, was zu Missverst\u00e4ndnissen f\u00fchrte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sparen Sie sich \u00c4rger beim Entwurf. Nehmen Sie die Protel-Software als Beispiel, um die Linien auf jeder Ebene mit der Leiterplattenebene zu zeichnen, und verwenden Sie die Leiterplattenebene, um die Linien zu markieren. Die zuf\u00e4llige Platzierung von Zeichen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das SMD-L\u00f6tpad des Zeichenabdeckungspads bringt Unannehmlichkeiten bei der Durchgangspr\u00fcfung der Leiterplatte und beim L\u00f6ten der Bauteile mit sich.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zu kleine Zeichen f\u00fchren zu Schwierigkeiten beim Siebdruck, und zu gro\u00dfe Zeichen f\u00fchren dazu, dass sie sich \u00fcberlappen und schwer zu unterscheiden sind.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viertens. Die Einstellung der einseitigen Pad-Blende<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Einseitige Pads werden im Allgemeinen nicht gebohrt. Wenn die Bohrung markiert werden muss, sollte der Bohrungsdurchmesser auf Null festgelegt werden. Wenn der numerische Wert konstruiert wird, erscheinen die Koordinaten der Bohrung bei der Erzeugung der Bohrdaten an dieser Position, und es gibt ein Problem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Einseitige Pads sollten besonders gekennzeichnet werden, wenn sie gebohrt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fcnf. F\u00fcllbl\u00f6cke zum Zeichnen von Pads verwenden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Zeichnen von Pads mit F\u00fcllbl\u00f6cken kann die DRC-Pr\u00fcfung beim Entwurf der Schaltung bestehen, ist aber f\u00fcr die Verarbeitung nicht geeignet. Daher k\u00f6nnen \u00e4hnliche Pads nicht direkt L\u00f6tstoppmasken-Daten erzeugen.
