Los tr\u00e1mites de homologaci\u00f3n llevar\u00e1n m\u00e1s tiempo.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"805\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"856\">Fases de fabricaci\u00f3n y elecci\u00f3n de materiales<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"1438\">La fabricaci\u00f3n de PCBA consta de dos etapas principales: la fabricaci\u00f3n de la placa y el montaje. La primera elecci\u00f3n clave es qu\u00e9 material de placa utilizar. Con demasiada frecuencia, esta elecci\u00f3n no recibe suficiente atenci\u00f3n. Esta es una de las principales necesidades de los PCBA aeroespaciales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1966\" data-end=\"2069\">\n<p data-start=\"1968\" data-end=\"2069\"><strong data-start=\"1968\" data-end=\"1981\">Estabilidad<\/strong><br data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"1984\" \/>Las temperaturas del espacio pueden ser muy altas o muy bajas. Las placas deben resistir estos extremos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2071\" data-end=\"2159\">\n<p data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2159\"><strong data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2092\">Ciclado t\u00e9rmico<\/strong><br data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2095\" \/>Los sistemas deben soportar ciclos repetidos de calor a fr\u00edo y viceversa.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2161\" data-end=\"2330\">\n<p data-start=\"2163\" data-end=\"2330\"><strong data-start=\"2163\" data-end=\"2178\">Flexibilidad<\/strong><br data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2181\" \/>No todas las placas de circuito impreso aeroespaciales deben doblarse. Sin embargo, muchos dise\u00f1os utilizan m\u00faltiples placas e interconexiones flexibles. Algunos ejemplos son los sat\u00e9lites peque\u00f1os, como los CubeSat.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2332\" data-end=\"2643\">\n<p data-start=\"2334\" data-end=\"2643\"><strong data-start=\"2334\" data-end=\"2357\">Resistencia qu\u00edmica<\/strong><br data-start=\"2357\" data-end=\"2360\" \/>La contaminaci\u00f3n exterior y la contaminaci\u00f3n interior pueden da\u00f1ar las zonas electr\u00f3nicas. La radiaci\u00f3n espacial es la principal preocupaci\u00f3n. Pero pueden aparecer otros contaminantes, sobre todo con la humedad. Para evitarlo, los fabricantes suelen purgar las carcasas con nitr\u00f3geno y sellarlas. Tambi\u00e9n utilizan revestimientos conformados.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2645\" data-end=\"2916\">Los dos materiales m\u00e1s comunes para las placas aeroespaciales son el FR4 y la poliimida. El FR4 es una buena opci\u00f3n general para muchas placas de circuito impreso. La poliimida ofrece una flexibilidad y unas caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9rmicas excelentes. Esto hace que sea el mejor para algunos usos. Veamos estas opciones a partir de los puntos que hemos enumerado anteriormente.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2918\" data-end=\"2921\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2923\" data-end=\"2967\">Poliamida frente a FR4 para placas aeroespaciales<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2969\" data-end=\"3329\">La fabricaci\u00f3n de placas aeroespaciales debe seguir muchas reglas y normas. Las placas aeroespaciales deben cumplir ap\u00e9ndices y especificaciones especiales como IPC-6012D para placas r\u00edgidas y<a href=\"https:\/\/store.accuristech.com\/products\/preview\/1996403?srsltid=AfmBOooXT17uDtTOukuBTOz6I3GR3F3oAU-Aeqr11BpBj7lRabPgPBlw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> IPC-6013D<\/a> para placas flexibles y r\u00edgido-flexibles. Tanto el poliamida como algunos tipos de FR4 pueden cumplir las normas aeroespaciales. As\u00ed que debe fijarse en los detalles para su uso. Otros grados de FR4 pueden mostrar mejores caracter\u00edsticas para uso aeroespacial.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"3446\" data-end=\"3854\">El poliamida y el FR4 difieren en aspectos clave para las placas de circuito impreso aeroespaciales. Una diferencia clara es la flexibilidad. La poliimida es un material flexible que se utiliza para placas flexibles y r\u00edgido-flexibles. El FR4 es para placas r\u00edgidas. Aun as\u00ed, la poliimida suele ser m\u00e1s resistente que el FR4 b\u00e1sico. Esto le confiere una mayor durabilidad. Si prev\u00e9 temperaturas extremas y ciclos t\u00e9rmicos, el poliamida es la mejor opci\u00f3n. Para algunos sistemas, la poliimida es lo mejor. Para otros, el control t\u00e9rmico interno de la nave espacial puede mantener el entorno estable. En ese caso, FR4 puede ser suficiente. El dise\u00f1o de la placa tambi\u00e9n cambia la decisi\u00f3n. Las placas flexibles tienen reglas de dise\u00f1o muy diferentes. Por ejemplo:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4145\" data-end=\"4436\">\n<li data-start=\"4145\" data-end=\"4174\">\n<p data-start=\"4147\" data-end=\"4174\">Evite las v\u00edas en las zonas de curvatura.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4175\" data-end=\"4233\">\n<p data-start=\"4177\" data-end=\"4233\">Coloque las trazas de modo que se doblen en arcos largos para prolongar su vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4234\" data-end=\"4333\">\n<p data-start=\"4236\" data-end=\"4333\">Utilice filetes de cobre de 45-60 grados en los cruces para ayudar a doblar. Hay que planificar para condiciones extremas.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4599\" data-end=\"4602\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"4604\" data-end=\"4664\">Normas de la industria aeroespacial aplicables a la fabricaci\u00f3n de placas de circuito impreso<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4666\" data-end=\"4761\">Una gu\u00eda completa de normas aeroespaciales para PCB es larga. A continuaci\u00f3n se enumeran las principales normas que debe conocer:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4763\" data-end=\"5669\">\n<li data-start=\"4763\" data-end=\"4959\">\n<p data-start=\"4765\" data-end=\"4959\"><strong data-start=\"4765\" data-end=\"4777\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iso.org\/standard\/62085.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ISO 9100<\/a><\/strong> - Una norma b\u00e1sica del sistema de gesti\u00f3n de la calidad. Muchas otras normas proceden del pensamiento ISO. Se centra en las necesidades del cliente, la alta direcci\u00f3n, los procesos del SGC y la mejora continua.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4960\" data-end=\"5103\">\n<p data-start=\"4962\" data-end=\"5103\"><strong data-start=\"4962\" data-end=\"4974\">AMS2750E<\/strong> - Cubre las necesidades de alta temperatura para equipos de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico. Incluye sensores, instrumentos y pruebas para procesos t\u00e9rmicos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5104\" data-end=\"5189\">\n<p data-start=\"5106\" data-end=\"5189\"><strong data-start=\"5106\" data-end=\"5116\">AS478N<\/strong> - Muestra qu\u00e9 marcas utilizar y d\u00f3nde colocarlas en las piezas aeroespaciales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5190\" data-end=\"5291\">\n<p data-start=\"5192\" data-end=\"5291\"><strong data-start=\"5192\" data-end=\"5203\">AS5553A<\/strong> - Establece normas para la cadena de suministro de piezas que se utilizar\u00e1n en plataformas aeroespaciales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5292\" data-end=\"5394\">\n<p data-start=\"5294\" data-end=\"5394\"><strong data-start=\"5294\" data-end=\"5305\">AS9006A<\/strong> - Establece normas para el software y el soporte de software que pueden formar parte de los sistemas de las naves espaciales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5395\" data-end=\"5535\">\n<p data-start=\"5397\" data-end=\"5535\"><strong data-start=\"5397\" data-end=\"5408\">AS9100D<\/strong> - Establece las necesidades de SGC de los proveedores del sector aeroespacial. Tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1 que seguir otras normas que se apliquen a su producto o cadena de suministro.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"5829\" data-end=\"5832\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"5834\" data-end=\"5903\">Por qu\u00e9 es importante la conductividad t\u00e9rmica efectiva de los PCB en el sector aeroespacial<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"5905\" data-end=\"6317\">El control t\u00e9rmico es una cuesti\u00f3n clave para los PCBA aeroespaciales. La propagaci\u00f3n del calor es importante en todas las placas. En el espacio, es dif\u00edcil alejar el calor por aire. El vac\u00edo hace que la transferencia de calor por aire sea imposible. No se puede reparar una tarjeta que sufra da\u00f1os t\u00e9rmicos en el espacio. As\u00ed que el riesgo es alto. El sobrecalentamiento puede hacer que una placa falle y que toda la nave deje de funcionar. De este modo, ninguna zona se calienta demasiado. Si la supera, la pieza deja de funcionar o sufre da\u00f1os f\u00edsicos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6994\" data-end=\"7177\">\n<p data-start=\"6996\" data-end=\"7177\"><strong data-start=\"6996\" data-end=\"7012\">Delaminaci\u00f3n<\/strong><br data-start=\"7012\" data-end=\"7015\" \/>En el caso de las placas multicapa, la laminaci\u00f3n comprime las capas en una sola estructura. Las altas temperaturas pueden romper las capas tras la implantaci\u00f3n, dependiendo del material elegido.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"7179\" data-end=\"7380\">\n<p data-start=\"7181\" data-end=\"7380\"><strong data-start=\"7181\" data-end=\"7189\">Fuego<\/strong><br data-start=\"7189\" data-end=\"7192\" \/>Si el calor extremo dura mucho tiempo, las piezas o la placa pueden incendiarse. Los aislantes sobrecalentados pueden arquearse y provocar un incendio. Este es un resultado catastr\u00f3fico. Puede destruir la placa y otras piezas cercanas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"7382\" data-end=\"7489\">Debido a estos riesgos, los fabricantes deben garantizar una buena conductividad t\u00e9rmica efectiva para las placas aeroespaciales.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"7491\" data-end=\"7494\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"7496\" data-end=\"7559\">C\u00f3mo fabricar PCBA aeroespaciales para obtener el mejor rendimiento t\u00e9rmico<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"7561\" data-end=\"7877\">En comparaci\u00f3n con los sistemas terrestres, los sistemas de las naves espaciales no pueden evacuar el calor al exterior. Los componentes electr\u00f3nicos de una nave deben mover el calor dentro del sistema o a zonas dise\u00f1adas por el sistema de control t\u00e9rmico (TCS). El TCS forma parte del dise\u00f1o de la nave espacial. Para ayudar al TCS, el PCBA debe eliminar el calor extra.
