En comparaci\u00f3n con las l\u00e1mparas incandescentes tradicionales, los LED tienen muchas ventajas claras. Estas ventajas incluyen una larga vida \u00fatil, una amplia gama crom\u00e1tica, una gran durabilidad, un dise\u00f1o flexible, un control sencillo y la protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente. Por todo ello, los LED se consideran una de las fuentes de luz m\u00e1s prometedoras del futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los LED rojos, verdes y azules (RGB) pueden mezclarse para generar luz blanca con una gama crom\u00e1tica muy amplia. Gracias a esta caracter\u00edstica, los LED RGB resultan muy atractivos para su uso en sistemas de retroiluminaci\u00f3n de pantallas de cristal l\u00edquido (LCD). Este tipo de retroiluminaci\u00f3n permite que las pantallas sean m\u00e1s delgadas, tengan una vida \u00fatil m\u00e1s larga, ofrezcan una mayor relaci\u00f3n de atenuaci\u00f3n y muestren colores m\u00e1s vivos y brillantes. Al mismo tiempo, estas pantallas son m\u00e1s respetuosas con el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido a estas ventajas, se han publicado muchos trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n sobre las placas de retroiluminaci\u00f3n LED con iluminaci\u00f3n directa y las placas de retroiluminaci\u00f3n LED con iluminaci\u00f3n en los bordes. El primer televisor LCD del mundo que utiliz\u00f3 retroiluminaci\u00f3n mixta RGB-LED fue lanzado por Sony. Este producto consigui\u00f3 una gama de reproducci\u00f3n del color muy amplia, alcanzando 105% de la gama de color est\u00e1ndar del Comit\u00e9 del Sistema Nacional de Televisi\u00f3n (NTSC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, tras estos logros de la investigaci\u00f3n, siguen existiendo problemas t\u00e9rmicos. Durante su funcionamiento, los LED generan calor. Este calor provoca una reducci\u00f3n de la intensidad de salida de la luz y tambi\u00e9n un desplazamiento de la longitud de onda dominante. Estos dos efectos modifican la temperatura de color de la pantalla y provocan variaciones en el rendimiento NTSC. Adem\u00e1s, el calor excesivo acorta la vida \u00fatil de la pantalla. Por lo tanto, para garantizar la calidad de imagen y la fiabilidad a largo plazo, la gesti\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica del sistema de retroiluminaci\u00f3n es extremadamente importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para mejorar el rendimiento t\u00e9rmico de un sistema de retroiluminaci\u00f3n RGB-LED, se pueden considerar dos enfoques principales. El primero consiste en mejorar la capacidad de disipaci\u00f3n de calor de un solo LED. El segundo consiste en mejorar la capacidad de disipaci\u00f3n del conjunto de LED. Como dise\u00f1adores de un sistema de retroiluminaci\u00f3n RGB-LED, elegimos el segundo enfoque para resolver el problema t\u00e9rmico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para mejorar el rendimiento t\u00e9rmico de un sistema de matriz de LED, tambi\u00e9n existen dos m\u00e9todos habituales. Un m\u00e9todo consiste en utilizar ventiladores para aumentar la velocidad del flujo de aire alrededor del sistema de retroiluminaci\u00f3n. El otro m\u00e9todo consiste en reducir la resistencia t\u00e9rmica de la uni\u00f3n de LED con el entorno. Dise\u00f1ar el m\u00f3dulo de retroiluminaci\u00f3n en una placa de circuito impreso econ\u00f3mica y de alta conductividad t\u00e9rmica es una soluci\u00f3n mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la actualidad, la tecnolog\u00eda convencional de sustrato met\u00e1lico aislado (IMS), ampliamente utilizada, emplea materiales polim\u00e9ricos o de resina epoxi como capa aislante. Esta tecnolog\u00eda requiere un tratamiento especial de la superficie de la base met\u00e1lica. Adem\u00e1s, el grosor m\u00ednimo de la capa aislante suele ser de unos 75 micr\u00f3metros. Este grosor aumenta la resistencia t\u00e9rmica global de la placa IMS. Adem\u00e1s, en condiciones de alta temperatura, las placas IMS tradicionales pueden sufrir delaminaci\u00f3n entre la capa aislante y la base met\u00e1lica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este art\u00edculo, utilizamos la tecnolog\u00eda de pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica por magnetr\u00f3n para fabricar un nuevo tipo de PCB de sustrato met\u00e1lico aislado. Se genera una capa aislante formada qu\u00edmicamente con un grosor de 30 a 35 micr\u00f3metros sobre la superficie de una base de aluminio. A continuaci\u00f3n, el circuito dise\u00f1ado se forma sobre la capa aislante mediante pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica por magnetr\u00f3n. Este nuevo PCB de sustrato met\u00e1lico aislado tiene un excelente rendimiento t\u00e9rmico y tambi\u00e9n puede eliminar los problemas de delaminaci\u00f3n o descascarillado en condiciones de alta temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los resultados de las pruebas muestran que la resistencia t\u00e9rmica de la nueva placa de sustrato de aluminio aislado es de 4,78 \u00b0C\/W, mientras que la resistencia t\u00e9rmica de una placa de sustrato de aluminio tradicional aislada con pol\u00edmeros es de 7,61 \u00b0C\/W.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tecnolog\u00eda de pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica por magnetr\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proceso b\u00e1sico de sputtering<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El sputtering es un proceso de vac\u00edo utilizado para depositar materiales como metales, cer\u00e1micas y pl\u00e1sticos sobre una superficie para formar una pel\u00edcula fina. El proceso b\u00e1sico de pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica funciona del siguiente modo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los electrones colisionan con \u00e1tomos de gas inerte, normalmente arg\u00f3n, y los ionizan. Estos iones de alta energ\u00eda son acelerados por un campo el\u00e9ctrico y bombardean el material objetivo que se va a depositar. Debido a este fuerte bombardeo, los \u00e1tomos son expulsados de la superficie del material objetivo. Bajo la influencia del campo el\u00e9ctrico, estos \u00e1tomos se depositan finalmente sobre la superficie del sustrato y forman una fina pel\u00edcula at\u00f3mica. El grosor de esta pel\u00edcula fina depende del tiempo de sputtering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una placa de circuito impreso convencional con sustrato met\u00e1lico aislado con pol\u00edmero suele constar de una capa de cobre, una capa adhesiva, una capa aislante de pol\u00edmero, un chip LED, adhesivo y una base de aluminio. En cambio, el sputtering por magnetr\u00f3n introduce un campo magn\u00e9tico adicional en el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proceso de sputtering con magnetr\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso de sputtering por magnetr\u00f3n completo difiere del sputtering b\u00e1sico por corriente continua principalmente porque se aplica un fuerte campo magn\u00e9tico cerca de la zona objetivo. Este campo magn\u00e9tico obliga a los electrones a moverse a lo largo de las l\u00edneas de campo magn\u00e9tico cerca de la superficie del blanco en lugar de ser atra\u00eddos hacia el sustrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En comparaci\u00f3n con el sputtering b\u00e1sico, el sputtering por magnetr\u00f3n ofrece tres ventajas principales. En primer lugar, la regi\u00f3n de plasma queda confinada cerca del material objetivo y no da\u00f1a la pel\u00edcula fina en formaci\u00f3n. En segundo lugar, la longitud del recorrido de los electrones es mayor, lo que aumenta la probabilidad de ionizar \u00e1tomos de arg\u00f3n. Como resultado, se expulsan m\u00e1s \u00e1tomos de arg\u00f3n y se mejora la eficacia del sputtering. En tercer lugar, las pel\u00edculas finas producidas mediante pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica por magnetr\u00f3n contienen menos impurezas, lo que garantiza una alta calidad de la pel\u00edcula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dise\u00f1o de placas de circuito impreso con sustrato de aluminio anodizado aislado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El PCB de sustrato de aluminio anodizado aislado consta de tres capas: la capa base de aluminio, la capa aislante anodizada y la capa de metalizaci\u00f3n. La capa de metalizaci\u00f3n consta de tres pel\u00edculas finas: la pel\u00edcula base, la pel\u00edcula conductora y la pel\u00edcula soldable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Capa base de aluminio<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La capa base de aluminio constituye la base de la placa de circuito impreso. Al seleccionar el material de aluminio, hay que tener en cuenta dos factores. En primer lugar, el aluminio debe tener suficiente resistencia mec\u00e1nica y buena maquinabilidad. En segundo lugar, debe ser adecuado para la anodizaci\u00f3n y el tratamiento de aislamiento. En determinadas condiciones, la base de aluminio tambi\u00e9n puede transformarse en una estructura en forma de aleta para mejorar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la disipaci\u00f3n del calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Capa aislante anodizada<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La capa aislante anodizada se forma mediante un proceso de anodizaci\u00f3n especial que crea una estructura microporosa. Esta estructura microporosa determina el rendimiento de aislamiento el\u00e9ctrico de la capa. Dependiendo de la tecnolog\u00eda de procesado utilizada, la rigidez diel\u00e9ctrica de esta capa puede oscilar entre 250 V y 3000 V.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante fotolitograf\u00eda o tecnolog\u00eda de enmascaramiento, se forma el patr\u00f3n del circuito en esta capa. Este dise\u00f1o permite una integraci\u00f3n perfecta entre la capa base y la capa aislante. Al mismo tiempo, los chips LED se montan directamente sobre esta capa. Como resultado, el chip LED, la placa de circuito impreso y el disipador de calor forman una \u00fanica estructura integrada. Esto mejora enormemente el rendimiento t\u00e9rmico global de la placa de circuito impreso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Capa de metalizaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La capa de metalizaci\u00f3n consta de una pel\u00edcula base, una pel\u00edcula conductora y una pel\u00edcula soldable. Esta capa no s\u00f3lo debe proporcionar una buena conductividad el\u00e9ctrica, sino tambi\u00e9n garantizar una fuerte adherencia entre la capa de metalizaci\u00f3n y la capa aislante anodizada. El circuito se forma sobre esta capa mediante la tecnolog\u00eda de pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica por magnetr\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pel\u00edcula base tiene un grosor de entre 0,1 y 0,15 micr\u00f3metros. Se forma por pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica de metales como el cromo o el titanio. La funci\u00f3n principal de la pel\u00edcula base es proporcionar una fuerte adherencia entre la capa de metalizaci\u00f3n y la capa aislante anodizada. Con el sputtering por magnetr\u00f3n, la fuerza de adhesi\u00f3n puede alcanzar los 1000 N\/cm\u00b2, lo que hace que la uni\u00f3n sea muy estable. Adem\u00e1s, la pel\u00edcula base tiene una excelente resistencia a las altas temperaturas. Incluso a temperaturas superiores a 320\u00b0C durante 10 segundos, no se producen ampollas ni descamaci\u00f3n. Por lo tanto, es totalmente adecuada para procesos de soldadura sin plomo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pel\u00edcula conductora tiene un grosor de entre 1 y 2 micr\u00f3metros. Se forma por pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica de cobre, n\u00edquel o aleaciones de cobre y n\u00edquel. Esta pel\u00edcula tiene dos funciones principales. Una es transportar una determinada densidad de corriente. La otra es actuar como capa amortiguadora cuando se producen deformaciones debidas a diferencias en los coeficientes de expansi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica entre la pel\u00edcula base y la pel\u00edcula soldable. Este efecto amortiguador ayuda a mantener la estabilidad de toda la capa de metalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pel\u00edcula soldable tiene un grosor de entre 0,3 y 0,8 micr\u00f3metros. Se forma por pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica de metales como el oro o la plata, que tienen buena conductividad t\u00e9rmica, conductividad el\u00e9ctrica y soldabilidad. La funci\u00f3n principal de esta capa es facilitar la soldadura de componentes electr\u00f3nicos, incluidos los chips LED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tecnolog\u00eda de procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n completo incluye cinco pasos, que pueden agruparse en tres etapas principales. Estas etapas incluyen la anodizaci\u00f3n de la base de aluminio, la formaci\u00f3n del patr\u00f3n del circuito en la capa aislante anodizada mediante fotolitograf\u00eda o enmascaramiento, la deposici\u00f3n de la pel\u00edcula base, la pel\u00edcula conductora y la pel\u00edcula soldable mediante pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica por magnetr\u00f3n y, por \u00faltimo, la serigraf\u00eda y la aplicaci\u00f3n de fundente y m\u00e1scara de soldadura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anodizaci\u00f3n de la base de aluminio<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, se desengrasa y limpia la superficie de la base de aluminio. A continuaci\u00f3n, se introduce en un ba\u00f1o electrol\u00edtico lleno de un electrolito. El electrolito puede ser \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico o \u00e1cido ox\u00e1lico, dependiendo de las propiedades requeridas de la capa de \u00f3xido y de las condiciones del proceso. Durante la anodizaci\u00f3n, la base de aluminio act\u00faa como \u00e1nodo. Los par\u00e1metros clave del proceso incluyen la concentraci\u00f3n de electrolito, la densidad de corriente y la temperatura del electrolito. Para obtener una capa aislante anodizada de calidad, el tiempo de anodizaci\u00f3n debe controlarse cuidadosamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deposici\u00f3n por pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica de magnetrones<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de depositar la pel\u00edcula, hay que crear el patr\u00f3n del circuito en la capa aislante anodizada mediante fotolitograf\u00eda o tecnolog\u00eda de enmascaramiento. Cuando se utiliza la fotolitograf\u00eda, la placa de aluminio anodizado se recubre con fotorresistencia, se expone y se revela. A continuaci\u00f3n, se monta en un soporte sin m\u00e1scara. Cuando se utiliza la tecnolog\u00eda de enmascaramiento, se monta una placa de enmascaramiento en la superficie de la fijaci\u00f3n al sujetar la placa de aluminio anodizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pasos posteriores al tratamiento<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los requisitos de dise\u00f1o, se aplica fundente y m\u00e1scara de soldadura a zonas espec\u00edficas de la placa de circuito impreso de sustrato de aluminio anodizado revestido para prepararla para el montaje de componentes electr\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9todo de c\u00e1lculo de la resistencia t\u00e9rmica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La resistencia t\u00e9rmica se refiere a la resistencia de un material conductor del calor al flujo de calor desde una fuente de calor a un dispositivo que lo absorbe. Su unidad es \u00b0C\/W. Entre ellos se incluyen las im\u00e1genes t\u00e9rmicas por infrarrojos, los m\u00e9todos espectrales, los m\u00e9todos de potencia \u00f3ptica, los m\u00e9todos de temperatura del plomo y los m\u00e9todos de par\u00e1metros el\u00e9ctricos. El aumento de temperatura de la uni\u00f3n est\u00e1 relacionado linealmente con el cambio en la tensi\u00f3n de avance cuando la corriente es suficientemente peque\u00f1a. Dado que la temperatura inicial de la uni\u00f3n es casi igual a la temperatura ambiente, la diferencia de temperatura entre la uni\u00f3n y el ambiente puede obtenerse directamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combinando las ecuaciones pertinentes, se puede calcular la resistencia t\u00e9rmica entre la uni\u00f3n y el ambiente.
