Una placa t\u00edpica de una sola cara tiene tres capas: una capa de circuito (l\u00e1mina de cobre), una capa diel\u00e9ctrica (aislante) y una capa de base met\u00e1lica. Para usos de gama alta, tambi\u00e9n hay placas de doble cara con esta pila: capa de circuito, capa diel\u00e9ctrica, base de aluminio, capa diel\u00e9ctrica, capa de circuito. En algunos casos especiales, las placas multicapa se fabrican laminando capas de aluminio normales. <a href=\"https:\/\/flj-pcb.com\/es\/pcb-manufacturer\/multilayer-pcb\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2630\">PCB multicapa<\/a> con capas diel\u00e9ctricas y una base de aluminio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo funciona un sustrato de aluminio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las piezas de potencia se montan en la capa del circuito. El calor generado por las piezas se desplaza r\u00e1pidamente a trav\u00e9s de la capa diel\u00e9ctrica hasta la base met\u00e1lica. Las tres capas t\u00edpicas son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Capa de circuito (CIRCUIT LAYER)<\/strong>: Como la capa de cobre de un circuito impreso normal. El grosor del cobre oscila entre 1 oz y 10 oz (entre 35 \u00b5m y 280 \u00b5m). El cobre se graba para formar el circuito impreso. Como la placa debe transportar corrientes m\u00e1s elevadas, se utiliza cobre m\u00e1s grueso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capa diel\u00e9ctrica (DIELECTRIC LAYER)<\/strong>: Una capa aislante de baja resistencia t\u00e9rmica y termoconductora. Es la tecnolog\u00eda b\u00e1sica. Suele ser un pol\u00edmero especial relleno de cer\u00e1mica. Tiene baja resistencia t\u00e9rmica, buenas propiedades viscoel\u00e1sticas y resistencia al envejecimiento t\u00e9rmico. Puede soportar tensiones mec\u00e1nicas y t\u00e9rmicas. Esta capa permite que la placa combine una buena conducci\u00f3n del calor y un alto aislamiento el\u00e9ctrico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capa base (BASE LAYER)<\/strong>: La base met\u00e1lica, generalmente de aluminio o a veces de cobre (el cobre tiene mejor conductividad t\u00e9rmica). La base met\u00e1lica soporta la placa. Cada agente tiene una capacidad fija de disoluci\u00f3n del cobre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Embalaje para sustratos de aluminio (LED Packaging)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/flj-pcb.com\/es\/pcb-manufacturer\/led-pcb\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1911\">Envases LED<\/a> proporciona al chip LED una plataforma para mejorar el rendimiento \u00f3ptico, el\u00e9ctrico y t\u00e9rmico. Un buen envase aumenta la eficiencia del LED y la disipaci\u00f3n del calor, lo que prolonga su vida \u00fatil. El dise\u00f1o del envase de los LED se basa en cinco factores fundamentales: eficiencia de extracci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica, resistencia t\u00e9rmica, disipaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, fiabilidad y rentabilidad (Lm\/$).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos los factores son importantes. La extracci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica afecta al coste por lumen. La resistencia t\u00e9rmica afecta a la fiabilidad y la vida \u00fatil. La disipaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda afecta a la aplicaci\u00f3n del cliente. Un buen embalaje equilibra estos factores y satisface las necesidades del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalmente, se utilizan sustratos de aluminio de una o dos capas como disipadores t\u00e9rmicos. Uno o varios chips se fijan directamente a la base de aluminio (o cobre). Los electrodos p y n del chip est\u00e1n unidos por cable a una fina capa de cobre en la superficie del sustrato. El n\u00famero de chips en la placa depende de la potencia requerida; los paquetes pueden combinarse para fabricar LED de alta potencia de 1 W, 2 W y 3 W. Por \u00faltimo, se moldea o dispensa un material de alto \u00edndice de refracci\u00f3n sobre los LED seg\u00fan el dise\u00f1o \u00f3ptico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calidades del metal base aluminio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las series de aluminio m\u00e1s utilizadas para sustratos son las 1000, 5000 y 6000:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Serie 1000<\/strong>: Ejemplos 1050, 1060, 1070. Son de aluminio casi puro (\u2265 99% Al). Son f\u00e1ciles de producir y de bajo coste. Muy utilizados en la industria en general.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Serie 5000<\/strong>: Ejemplos 5052, 5005, 5083, 5A05. Se trata de aleaciones de aluminio y magnesio (Mg ~3-5%). Tienen baja densidad, alta resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n y buen alargamiento. El peso es menor para la misma superficie. Se utilizan en aviaci\u00f3n (dep\u00f3sitos de combustible) y en la industria en general.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Serie 6000<\/strong>: Ejemplo 6061. Al contener Mg y Si, esta serie combina las ventajas de las series 4000 y 5000. Es tratable t\u00e9rmicamente, tiene buena resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n, buenas propiedades de mecanizado y revestimiento, alta resistencia. Se utiliza en piezas de aviones, piezas de c\u00e1maras, acopladores, accesorios de barcos, ferreter\u00eda, piezas electr\u00f3nicas y conectores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sustrato de aluminio para LED frente a sustrato de aluminio para PCB<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los sustratos de aluminio para LED est\u00e1n especializados para la industria LED y han impulsado las aplicaciones de disipadores de calor. Ofrecen alta conductividad t\u00e9rmica, baja resistencia t\u00e9rmica, larga vida \u00fatil y resistencia a la tensi\u00f3n. Los sustratos de aluminio para LED han ampliado los usos de los LED, como las luces indicadoras de electrodom\u00e9sticos, los faros de autom\u00f3viles, las farolas y las grandes se\u00f1ales exteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conductividad t\u00e9rmica de las placas de aluminio para LED depende en gran medida del diel\u00e9ctrico intermedio (a menudo un pol\u00edmero conductor t\u00e9rmico o un adhesivo t\u00e9rmico). La conductividad t\u00e9rmica, la resistencia t\u00e9rmica y la tensi\u00f3n soportada son tres medidas clave de la calidad. Tras el laminado, la conductividad t\u00e9rmica se mide con instrumentos. Los materiales cer\u00e1micos y de cobre tienen mayor conductividad t\u00e9rmica, pero el coste limita la mayor\u00eda de los mercados a los sustratos de aluminio. Los proveedores no suelen publicar los precios. La conductividad t\u00e9rmica se mide despu\u00e9s del laminado. La cer\u00e1mica y el cobre tienen mayor conductividad, pero el coste hace que el aluminio sea el m\u00e1s utilizado. La conductividad t\u00e9rmica es un par\u00e1metro fundamental; valores m\u00e1s altos suelen significar mejor rendimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los sustratos de aluminio combinan buenas propiedades t\u00e9rmicas, de aislamiento el\u00e9ctrico y de procesamiento mec\u00e1nico. Se utilizan mucho en LED y otros dise\u00f1os electr\u00f3nicos. El dise\u00f1o t\u00e9rmico de los LED utiliza a menudo la simulaci\u00f3n CFD (din\u00e1mica de fluidos computacional) y c\u00e1lculos t\u00e9rmicos b\u00e1sicos, que son importantes en la producci\u00f3n de sustratos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La resistencia al flujo de fluidos (resistencia hidr\u00e1ulica) se debe a la viscosidad del fluido y a los l\u00edmites s\u00f3lidos.
