Cuando la corriente fluye a trav\u00e9s de una trayectoria de tierra, aparecer\u00e1 un voltaje en esa trayectoria. Esta tensi\u00f3n es ruido. La tensi\u00f3n de ruido es una de las fuentes de interferencia que pueden da\u00f1ar la estabilidad del sistema. Por lo tanto, para reducir el ruido de tierra, primero debemos reducir la impedancia de tierra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como todo el mundo sabe, la tierra es el camino de retorno de la corriente. Para cualquier se\u00f1al, la se\u00f1al debe encontrar un camino de vuelta a tierra que tenga la impedancia m\u00e1s baja. Por lo tanto, es muy importante la forma en que manejamos ese camino de retorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1 - Por qu\u00e9 son importantes el tama\u00f1o y la forma de la trayectoria de retorno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, por la f\u00f3rmula de la radiaci\u00f3n sabemos que la intensidad de radiaci\u00f3n es proporcional al \u00e1rea del bucle. Esto significa que cuanto m\u00e1s larga sea la v\u00eda de retorno y mayor sea el bucle que forme, m\u00e1s radiar\u00e1 y perturbar\u00e1 a otros circuitos. Por tanto, cuando dise\u00f1es una placa de circuito impreso, debes intentar que los bucles de retorno de potencia y se\u00f1al sean lo m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En segundo lugar, para una se\u00f1al de alta velocidad, darle un buen camino de retorno ayuda a mantener su calidad de se\u00f1al. Esto se debe a que la impedancia caracter\u00edstica de una l\u00ednea de transmisi\u00f3n en la placa de circuito impreso suele calcularse con respecto a un plano de tierra (o un plano de potencia). Si hay un plano de tierra continuo cerca de la traza de alta velocidad, la impedancia de la traza permanecer\u00e1 constante. Si una secci\u00f3n de la traza no tiene una referencia de tierra cercana, la impedancia cambiar\u00e1. Esta discontinuidad de impedancia afectar\u00e1 a la integridad de la se\u00f1al. Por lo tanto, al trazar, coloque las trazas de alta velocidad en capas cercanas a un plano de tierra. O coloque una o dos l\u00edneas de tierra en paralelo junto a la l\u00ednea de alta velocidad. En <a href=\"https:\/\/flj-pcb.com\/es\/pcb-manufacturer\/high-speed-pcb\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2370\">alta velocidad<\/a> se\u00f1ales debes tener cuidado y evitar cruzar los splits siempre que puedas. Tambi\u00e9n puede tratar de cambiar el enrutamiento de los planos de potencia para ayudar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchos problemas de interferencias electromagn\u00e9ticas provienen del dise\u00f1o de la toma de tierra. El potencial de tierra es la referencia de todo el circuito. Si la tierra no es estable, el circuito puede fallar. El objetivo del dise\u00f1o de tierra es mantener el potencial de tierra lo m\u00e1s estable posible y eliminar as\u00ed las interferencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los m\u00e9todos de puesta a tierra de las se\u00f1ales suelen ser de cuatro tipos: tierra flotante, tierra en un punto, tierra en varios puntos y tierra mixta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2 - Tipos de puesta a tierra<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A. Suelo flotante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prop\u00f3sito:<\/strong> Mantenga el circuito o el dispositivo aislado de conductores comunes que puedan causar bucles de tierra. Punto \u00fanico de tierra<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La toma de tierra en un solo punto significa que la toma de tierra de cada circuito se conecta a la toma de tierra com\u00fan en el mismo punto. Puede dividirse en punto \u00fanico en serie y punto \u00fanico en paralelo. No utilice el punto \u00fanico de tierra en sistemas en los que se mezclen circuitos de alta y baja potencia. Las corrientes de tierra de la parte de alta potencia afectar\u00e1n a las partes de baja potencia. Pero como hay un conductor de tierra compartido, existir\u00e1 una impedancia de tierra com\u00fan. Si los circuitos en serie tienen niveles de potencia muy diferentes, interferir\u00e1n mucho entre s\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Punto \u00fanico de tierra paralelo<\/strong> - Cada circuito lleva un cable de tierra al punto com\u00fan por separado. As\u00ed se evita el acoplamiento en la toma de tierra com\u00fan. Pero necesita muchos cables de tierra y no es pr\u00e1ctico en muchos casos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>En los dise\u00f1os reales, puedes utilizar un enfoque mixto de punto \u00fanico que utilice tanto series como paralelos. Para alta frecuencia, considere la puesta a tierra multipunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C. Tierra multipunto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilice tomas de tierra multipunto para frecuencias de funcionamiento elevadas (&gt; 30 MHz). En un esquema multipunto se sustituyen los bucles de retorno de tierra individuales por un plano de tierra que puede utilizar cada parte del circuito. La reactancia inductiva de un cable de tierra aumenta con la frecuencia y la longitud del cable. A alta frecuencia, aumenta la impedancia de la toma de tierra com\u00fan. Por lo tanto, la longitud del cable de tierra debe ser lo m\u00e1s corta posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando utilice una toma de tierra multipunto, intente encontrar la superficie de baja impedancia m\u00e1s cercana a la que conectarse. Los circuitos digitales de alta frecuencia necesitan una conexi\u00f3n a tierra paralela. Una forma sencilla de hacerlo es utilizar v\u00edas de tierra. Cuando los circuitos funcionan a alta frecuencia, imagine una se\u00f1al de alta frecuencia movi\u00e9ndose a lo largo de una traza de tierra y afectando a los circuitos cercanos. Esto puede ser muy malo. As\u00ed que todos los circuitos deben volver a tierra en las proximidades. Las l\u00edneas de tierra deben ser cortas. Por eso existen las tomas de tierra multipunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de la puesta a tierra multipunto es reducir la impedancia de tierra. Pero a alta frecuencia, el efecto piel hace que la corriente fluya cerca de la superficie de los conductores, por lo que el simple aumento de la secci\u00f3n transversal tiene un efecto limitado. Puede considerar recubrir el conductor con plata porque la plata tiene mejor conductividad que muchos otros metales y puede reducir la resistencia del conductor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Menor inductancia.<\/strong> Lo mejor es aumentar la superficie de tierra. Si el cable de tierra m\u00e1s largo es inferior a 1\/20 de la longitud de onda a 1 MHz o 10 MHz, la conexi\u00f3n a tierra de un solo punto puede funcionar. En caso contrario, utilice una toma de tierra multipunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D. Terreno mixto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el circuito tiene se\u00f1ales de alta y baja frecuencia, la conexi\u00f3n a tierra mixta es una buena opci\u00f3n. Para la primera estructura supongamos que funciona principalmente en un entorno de baja frecuencia. A partir de la f\u00f3rmula de reactancia capacitiva Zc=12\u03c0fCZ_c = \\frac{1}{2\\pi f C}Zc=2\u03c0fC1 sabemos que a baja frecuencia la reactancia capacitiva es grande, mientras que a alta frecuencia es peque\u00f1a. Por lo tanto, en este cableado la conexi\u00f3n a tierra est\u00e1 abierta a baja frecuencia y casi cerrada a alta frecuencia. Por la f\u00f3rmula de la reactancia inductiva ZL=2\u03c0fLZ_L = 2\\pi f LZL=2\u03c0fL sabemos que la reactancia inductiva es peque\u00f1a a baja frecuencia y grande a alta frecuencia. Por lo tanto, en este cableado el enlace a tierra se comporta como un conductor a baja frecuencia y est\u00e1 abierto a alta frecuencia. Este cableado puede evitar corrientes de bucle de tierra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 - Formas de conectar diferentes masas<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no se opta por utilizar un plano entero como masa com\u00fan, y un m\u00f3dulo tiene dos redes de tierra, hay que dividir el plano de tierra. Esto suele interactuar con el plano de potencia. Las formas de conectar las masas son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trazado ordinario entre suelos.<\/strong> Esto proporciona una conexi\u00f3n fiable de baja impedancia para se\u00f1ales de frecuencia media y baja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resistencia alta entre masas.<\/strong> Una resistencia grande permitir\u00e1 una peque\u00f1a corriente de fuga si aparece una tensi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de ella. De este modo, la carga se ir\u00e1 descargando lentamente hasta que la diferencia de potencial sea cero. Parece resistiva para frecuencias altas. Util\u00edzala para conexiones a tierra de se\u00f1ales d\u00e9biles con peque\u00f1os picos de corriente r\u00e1pida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inductor entre masas.<\/strong> Un inductor resiste los cambios r\u00e1pidos. Puede suavizar los picos y rellenar los valles. Util\u00edzalo entre masas que tengan grandes oscilaciones de corriente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Peque\u00f1a resistencia entre masas.<\/strong> Una peque\u00f1a resistencia a\u00f1ade amortiguaci\u00f3n para ralentizar los cambios r\u00e1pidos de la corriente de masa. Cuando la corriente cambia r\u00e1pidamente, esta resistencia hace que el flanco de subida sea menos pronunciado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas estas opciones permiten controlar c\u00f3mo se transfiere el ruido de un terreno a otro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4 - Tierra anal\u00f3gica y tierra digital<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanto las se\u00f1ales anal\u00f3gicas como las digitales necesitan un retorno a tierra. Las se\u00f1ales digitales cambian r\u00e1pidamente. Hacen mucho ruido en la tierra digital. Las se\u00f1ales anal\u00f3gicas necesitan una tierra de referencia limpia para funcionar bien. Si las tierras anal\u00f3gica y digital se mezclan, el ruido de la tierra digital afectar\u00e1 a las se\u00f1ales anal\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En general, separa las masas anal\u00f3gica y digital. Luego con\u00e9ctalas con una traza fina o en un \u00fanico punto. La idea principal es evitar que el ruido de tierra digital llegue a la tierra anal\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 - Estrella de tierra<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>La teor\u00eda en la que se basa la conexi\u00f3n a tierra en estrella es que hay un punto en el circuito que sirve de referencia para todas las tensiones. Es el punto estrella. Puede imagin\u00e1rselo: muchos cables salen de un punto com\u00fan en un patr\u00f3n radial como los rayos de una estrella. El punto estrella puede no parecer una estrella en la placa. Puede ser un punto en el plano de tierra. Una caracter\u00edstica clave de un sistema de tierra en estrella es que todas las tensiones se miden en relaci\u00f3n con el mismo punto de la red de tierra, no con una referencia \u201ctierra\u201d incierta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6 - C\u00f3mo conectar a tierra los blindajes<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>La pantalla de un cable apantallado y el hilo de drenaje del cable deben conectarse a la toma de tierra de la interfaz de la placa, no a la toma de tierra de la se\u00f1al.
