Sony julkaisi maailman ensimm\u00e4isen LCD-television, jossa k\u00e4ytettiin RGB-LED-taustavalaistusta. Ensimm\u00e4inen l\u00e4hestymistapa on parantaa yksitt\u00e4isen LEDin l\u00e4mm\u00f6nhaihdutuskyky\u00e4. Toinen l\u00e4hestymistapa on parantaa LED-joukon l\u00e4mm\u00f6nhaihdutuskyky\u00e4. RGB-LED-taustavaloj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n suunnittelijoina valitsimme toisen l\u00e4hestymistavan l\u00e4mp\u00f6ongelman ratkaisemiseksi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LED-joukkoj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n l\u00e4mp\u00f6suorituskyvyn parantamiseksi on my\u00f6s kaksi yleist\u00e4 menetelm\u00e4\u00e4. Yksi menetelm\u00e4 on k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 tuulettimia, joilla lis\u00e4t\u00e4\u00e4n ilmavirran nopeutta taustavaloj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n ymp\u00e4rill\u00e4. Taustavalomoduulin suunnittelu taloudelliselle ja hyvin l\u00e4mp\u00f6\u00e4 johtavalle piirilevylle on parempi ratkaisu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4ll\u00e4 hetkell\u00e4 laajalti k\u00e4ytetyss\u00e4 perinteisess\u00e4 eristetyss\u00e4 metallialustatekniikassa (IMS) k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n eristekerroksena polymeeri- tai epoksihartsimateriaaleja. T\u00e4m\u00e4 tekniikka edellytt\u00e4\u00e4 metallipohjan erityist\u00e4 pintak\u00e4sittely\u00e4. Lis\u00e4ksi erist\u00e4v\u00e4n kerroksen v\u00e4himm\u00e4ispaksuus on yleens\u00e4 noin 75 mikrometri\u00e4. T\u00e4m\u00e4 paksuus lis\u00e4\u00e4 IMS-levyn kokonaisl\u00e4mm\u00f6nvastusta. Lis\u00e4ksi korkeissa l\u00e4mp\u00f6tiloissa perinteiset IMS-levyt voivat k\u00e4rsi\u00e4 eristekerroksen ja metallipohjan v\u00e4lisest\u00e4 delaminaatiosta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4ss\u00e4 artikkelissa k\u00e4yt\u00e4mme magnetronip\u00f6lytystekniikkaa uudenlaisen eristetyn metallialustan PCB: n valmistamiseen. Alumiinialustan pinnalle luodaan kemiallisesti muodostettu erist\u00e4v\u00e4 kerros, jonka paksuus on 30-35 mikrometri\u00e4. Sitten suunniteltu piiri muodostetaan erist\u00e4v\u00e4lle kerrokselle magnetronip\u00f6lytt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4. Itse metallointikerros koostuu kolmesta ohuesta kalvosta, jotka ovat pohjakalvo, johtava kalvo ja juotettava kalvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alumiininen pohjakerros<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Alumiininen pohjakerros muodostaa piirilevyn perustan. K\u00e4ytetyst\u00e4 k\u00e4sittelytekniikasta riippuen t\u00e4m\u00e4n kerroksen dielektrinen lujuus voi vaihdella 250 V:sta 3000 V:iin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4h\u00e4n kerrokseen muodostetaan piirikuvio fotolitografian tai peittotekniikan avulla. T\u00e4m\u00e4 rakenne mahdollistaa saumattoman integroinnin pohjakerroksen ja eristekerroksen v\u00e4lill\u00e4. Samalla LED-sirut asennetaan suoraan t\u00e4h\u00e4n kerrokseen. T\u00e4m\u00e4n seurauksena LED-siru, piirilevy ja j\u00e4\u00e4hdytyselementti muodostavat yhden integroidun rakenteen. T\u00e4m\u00e4 parantaa huomattavasti piirilevyn yleist\u00e4 l\u00e4mp\u00f6tehoa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Metallointi kerros<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Metallointikerros koostuu pohjakalvosta, johtavasta kalvosta ja juotettavasta kalvosta. T\u00e4m\u00e4n kerroksen on paitsi tarjottava hyv\u00e4 s\u00e4hk\u00f6njohtavuus my\u00f6s varmistettava vahva tartunta metallointikerroksen ja anodisoidun eristekerroksen v\u00e4lill\u00e4.
