Hyv\u00e4 pakkaus parantaa LEDin tehokkuutta ja l\u00e4mm\u00f6nsiirtoa, mik\u00e4 pident\u00e4\u00e4 sen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6ik\u00e4\u00e4. Hyv\u00e4 pakkaus tasapainottaa n\u00e4m\u00e4 tekij\u00e4t ja vastaa asiakkaan tarpeita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yleens\u00e4 j\u00e4\u00e4hdytyslevyin\u00e4 k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n yksi- tai kaksikerroksisia alumiinialustoja. Yksi tai useampi siru on kiinnitetty suoraan alumiini- (tai kupari-) alustaan. Sirun p- ja n-elektrodit on kiinnitetty langalla alustan pinnalla olevaan ohueen kuparikerrokseen. Piirien lukum\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 levyll\u00e4 riippuu tarvittavasta tehosta; pakkauksia voidaan yhdist\u00e4\u00e4 1 W, 2 W ja 3 W suuritehoisiksi LEDeiksi.
