Ch\u00fang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1eafp \u0111\u1eb7t b\u00ean trong c\u00e1c m\u00e1y t\u1ea1o nh\u1ecbp tim, m\u00e1y ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n h\u00ecnh \u1ea3nh, thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb theo d\u00f5i b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n v\u00e0 c\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee5 ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt robot. Ch\u1ec9 c\u1ea7n m\u1ed9t b\u1ea3ng m\u1ea1ch b\u1ecb h\u1ecfng c\u0169ng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111e d\u1ecda t\u00ednh m\u1ea1ng b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n. Do \u0111\u00f3, m\u1ed7i b\u1ea3ng m\u1ea1ch in y t\u1ebf \u0111\u1ec1u \u0111\u00f2i h\u1ecfi quy tr\u00ecnh s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 sai s\u00f3t, kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng truy xu\u1ea5t ngu\u1ed3n g\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ea7y \u0111\u1ee7 v\u00e0 tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 nghi\u00eam ng\u1eb7t c\u00e1c ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n m\u00e0 nh\u00e0 m\u00e1y c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang t\u00f4i \u0111\u00e3 t\u00edch l\u0169y v\u00e0 ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n trong su\u1ed1t h\u01a1n 15 n\u0103m qua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ch\u00fang t\u00f4i kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 n\u00f3i su\u00f4ng v\u1ec1 \u0111\u1ed9 tin c\u1eady. Ch\u00fang t\u00f4i s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t c\u00e1c bo m\u1ea1ch \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng <a href=\"https:\/\/resources.altium.com\/p\/meeting-standards-ipc-6012-class-3-annular-ring\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IPC\u20116012 Lo\u1ea1i 3<\/a>, tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 c\u00e1c quy t\u1eafc kho\u1ea3ng c\u00e1ch an to\u00e0n theo ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n IEC 60601\u20111 v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c trang b\u1ecb h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng \u0111\u00e3 qua ki\u1ec3m to\u00e1n theo ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n ISO 13485. Trong b\u00e0i vi\u1ebft n\u00e0y, b\u1ea1n s\u1ebd t\u00ecm hi\u1ec3u c\u00e1ch thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf, x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh th\u00f4ng s\u1ed1 k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt v\u00e0 t\u00ecm ngu\u1ed3n cung \u1ee9ng m\u1ed9t b\u1ea3ng m\u1ea1ch in y t\u1ebf (PCB) \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng c\u00e1c y\u00eau c\u1ea7u ki\u1ec3m \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee7a c\u01a1 quan qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd \u2014 c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 c\u00e1ch tr\u00e1nh nh\u1eefng c\u1ea1m b\u1eaby ti\u1ec1m \u1ea9n m\u00e0 c\u00e1c x\u01b0\u1edfng s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t PCB th\u00f4ng th\u01b0\u1eddng th\u01b0\u1eddng kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ec1 c\u1eadp \u0111\u1ebfn. Ch\u00fang t\u00f4i c\u0169ng s\u1ebd ph\u00e2n t\u00edch chi ti\u1ebft chi ph\u00ed th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf c\u1ee7a PCB y t\u1ebf, th\u1eddi gian giao h\u00e0ng cho c\u00e1c \u0111\u01a1n h\u00e0ng Class 3 c\u1ea7n ho\u00e0n th\u00e0nh nhanh, c\u00f9ng c\u00e1c quy t\u1eafc DFM gi\u00fap ng\u0103n ng\u1eeba s\u1ef1 c\u1ed1 trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e1c \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng v\u00e0 lo\u1ea1i PCB trong y t\u1ebf<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e1c thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb y t\u1ebf \u0111ang \u0111\u1ea9y c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 PCB \u0111\u1ebfn gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n c\u1ee7a n\u00f3. M\u1ed9t m\u00e1y tr\u1ee3 th\u00ednh c\u1ea7n m\u1ed9t m\u1ea1ch linh ho\u1ea1t m\u1ecfng \u0111\u1ebfn m\u1ee9c c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 g\u1eadp l\u1ea1i v\u1eeba v\u1edbi \u1ed1ng tai. M\u1ed9t cu\u1ed9n d\u00e2y MRI \u0111\u00f2i h\u1ecfi v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u \u0111i\u1ec7n m\u00f4i kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 t\u00edn hi\u1ec7u t\u1eeb t\u00ednh. Ch\u00fang t\u00f4i s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t b\u1ea3ng m\u1ea1ch HDI v\u1edbi c\u00e1c l\u1ed7 vi m\u00f4 (microvias) \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c khoan b\u1eb1ng laser c\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh nh\u1ecf nh\u1ea5t ch\u1ec9 75 \u00b5m, nhi\u1ec1u l\u1edbp ch\u1ed3ng l\u00ean nhau v\u00e0 c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac via-in-pad. S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng HDI cho c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ea7u d\u00f2 si\u00eau \u00e2m c\u1ea7m tay, n\u1ed9i soi vi\u00ean nang ho\u1eb7c m\u00e1y k\u00edch th\u00edch th\u1ea7n kinh c\u1ea5y gh\u00e9p, n\u01a1i m\u1ed7i milimet \u0111\u1ec1u r\u1ea5t quan tr\u1ecdng.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>B\u1ea3ng m\u1ea1ch in y t\u1ebf lo\u1ea1i d\u1ebbo v\u00e0 lo\u1ea1i c\u1ee9ng-d\u1ebbo<\/strong><br>C\u00e1c thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 u\u1ed1n cong, xo\u1eafn ho\u1eb7c ph\u1ea3i ch\u1ecbu \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u00e0ng tri\u1ec7u chu k\u1ef3 \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u1ea7n s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng m\u1ea1ch linh ho\u1ea1t. Tuy nhi\u00ean, ch\u00ednh quy tr\u00ecnh s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ea3m b\u1ea3o t\u00ednh ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t v\u00e0 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng l\u1eb7p l\u1ea1i. \u0110\u00e2y ch\u00ednh l\u00e0 nh\u1eefng ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n m\u00e0 nh\u00e0 m\u00e1y c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang t\u00f4i lu\u00f4n tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">H\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng Qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd Ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ISO 13485:2016<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ISO 13485 kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0 ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n d\u00e0nh cho b\u1ea3ng m\u1ea1ch in (PCB); \u0111\u00e2y l\u00e0 ch\u1ee9ng nh\u1eadn h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng d\u00e0nh ri\u00eang cho c\u00e1c linh ki\u1ec7n thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb y t\u1ebf. C\u01a1 s\u1edf s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang t\u00f4i \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ea5p ch\u1ee9ng nh\u1eadn ISO 13485 v\u1edbi ph\u1ea1m vi \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng bao g\u1ed3m r\u00f5 r\u00e0ng quy tr\u00ecnh s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t b\u1ea3ng m\u1ea1ch in (PCB). Lo\u1ea1i n\u00e0y y\u00eau c\u1ea7u:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0110\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh v\u00f2ng tr\u00f2n t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u l\u00e0 0,125 mm tr\u00ean c\u00e1c l\u1ed7 khoan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 v\u00f9ng b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t b\u1ecb ph\u1ed3ng, v\u1ebft x\u01b0\u1edbc s\u00e2u h\u01a1n 20% so v\u1edbi chi\u1ec1u r\u1ed9ng d\u00e2y d\u1eabn, ho\u1eb7c c\u00e1c l\u1ed7 r\u1ed7ng tr\u00ean l\u1edbp m\u1ea1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ph\u00e2n t\u00edch m\u1eb7t c\u1eaft vi m\u00f4 100% cho m\u1ed7i l\u00f4 \u2014 ch\u00fang t\u00f4i c\u1eaft hai m\u1eb7t c\u1eaft ngang tr\u00ean m\u1ed7i t\u1ea5m \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111o \u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e0y \u0111\u1ed3ng trong c\u00e1c l\u1ed7 (t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 20 \u00b5m) v\u00e0 ki\u1ec3m tra hi\u1ec7n t\u01b0\u1ee3ng t\u00e1ch l\u1edbp b\u00ean trong.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ch\u00fang t\u00f4i ki\u1ec3m tra c\u00e1c b\u1ea3ng m\u1ea1ch \u0111\u00e3 ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n theo ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n ch\u1ea5p nh\u1eadn IPC\u2011A\u2011600 Lo\u1ea1i 3 b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1ch s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng ki\u1ec3m tra t\u1ef1 \u0111\u1ed9ng 2D\/3D (AOI) v\u00e0 so s\u00e1nh v\u1edbi d\u1eef li\u1ec7u Gerber ban \u0111\u1ea7u. B\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 b\u1ea3ng m\u1ea1ch n\u00e0o c\u00f3 s\u1ef1 kh\u00f4ng kh\u1edbp s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c chuy\u1ec3n sang ki\u1ec3m tra th\u1ee7 c\u00f4ng.
