H\u1ea7u h\u1ebft l\u00e0 c\u00e1c v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u composite \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ebf t\u1ea1o t\u1eeb m\u1ed9t lo\u1ea1i nh\u1ef1a epoxy tetra-ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng, k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi c\u00e1c ch\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ed9n v\u00e0 s\u1ee3i th\u1ee7y tinh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00ed d\u1ee5: N\u1ebfu th\u00f4ng s\u1ed1 k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt c\u1ee7a b\u1ea3ng m\u1ea1ch in (PCB) ghi r\u1eb1ng <strong>fr4 T:1.0 D\/S<\/strong>, \u0111i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y c\u00f3 ngh\u0129a l\u00e0: fr4 l\u00e0 c\u1ea5p \u0111\u1ed9 ch\u1ed1ng ch\u00e1y, T:1.0 c\u00f3 ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e0y 1.0 mm, D\/S c\u00f3 ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 hai m\u1eb7t. N\u00f3i c\u00e1ch kh\u00e1c, v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u b\u1ea3ng m\u1ea1ch l\u00e0 t\u1ea5m laminate hai m\u1eb7t ph\u1ee7 \u0111\u1ed3ng b\u1eb1ng v\u1ea3i th\u1ee7y tinh epoxy, d\u00e0y 1 mm, hai m\u1eb7t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">fr4 \u2014 C\u00e1c t\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t ch\u00ednh v\u00e0 ph\u00e2n lo\u1ea1i<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt, c\u00e1c t\u1ea5m laminate FR4 c\u00f3 m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 th\u00f4ng s\u1ed1 k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt ch\u00ednh. C\u00e1c th\u00f4ng s\u1ed1 n\u00e0y bao g\u1ed3m:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0110\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n u\u1ed1n v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n b\u00f3c t\u00e1ch, v\u00e0 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ecbu s\u1ed1c nhi\u1ec7t;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ed1ng ch\u00e1y cao;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0110i\u1ec7n tr\u1edf th\u1ec3 t\u00edch v\u00e0 \u0111i\u1ec7n tr\u1edf b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u1eb1ng s\u1ed1 \u0111i\u1ec7n m\u00f4i (Dk) v\u00e0 h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 ti\u00eau t\u00e1n (h\u1eb1ng s\u1ed1 t\u1ed5n hao);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 chuy\u1ec3n pha th\u1ee7y tinh (Tg);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0110\u1ed9 \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc, nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng t\u1ed1i \u0111a v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 cong v\u00eanh.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e1c \u0111\u1eb7c t\u00ednh n\u00e0y c\u00f9ng nhau x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a FR4 trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t PCB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e1c v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u n\u1ec1n PCB th\u00f4ng d\u1ee5ng kh\u00e1c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25c9 B\u1ea3ng m\u1ea1ch in b\u1eb1ng v\u1ea3i th\u1ee7y tinh<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B\u1ea3ng m\u1ea1ch v\u1ea3i th\u1ee7y tinh: FR4 v\u00e0 FR5<br>C\u1ea3 hai \u0111\u1ec1u s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng v\u1ea3i \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u1eed \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t ng\u00e2m trong nh\u1ef1a epoxy (ho\u1eb7c epoxy-phenolic). Sau \u0111\u00f3, ch\u00fang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c gia nhi\u1ec7t v\u00e0 \u00e9p d\u01b0\u1edbi \u00e1p su\u1ea5t cao. FR4 l\u00e0 lo\u1ea1i b\u1ea3ng m\u1ea1ch \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn nh\u1ea5t trong s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t PCB. N\u00f3 c\u00f3 t\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u1ed1t, \u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n c\u01a1 h\u1ecdc cao v\u00e0 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ecbu nhi\u1ec7t t\u1ed1t. Ban \u0111\u1ea7u, m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 nh\u00e0 thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf g\u1ecdi m\u1ecdi b\u1ea3ng m\u1ea1ch l\u00e0 \u201cFR4\u201d d\u00f9 n\u00f3 c\u00f3 ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0 FR4 hay kh\u00f4ng. FR4 l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t lo\u1ea1i v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u composite epoxy gia c\u1ed1 s\u1ee3i th\u1ee7y tinh, c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ed1ng ch\u00e1y, lo\u1ea1i 4. N\u00f3 c\u00f3 chi ph\u00ed h\u1ee3p l\u00fd. N\u00f3 l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t ch\u1ea5t c\u00e1ch \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u1ed1t. N\u00f3 c\u00f3 \u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n cao trong c\u1ea3 \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n kh\u00f4 v\u00e0 \u1ea9m \u01b0\u1edbt.
