Shenzhen Philifast Electron Co., Ltd. develops and manufactures power and signal cable connectors and assemblies for LED displays, lighting, medical, industrial automation, test & measurement, communications, A/V, security, military and energy sectors. We have injection molding and testing equipment and an R&D team of 10+ engineers capable of ODM/OEM projects. With 13 patents and 2 software copyrights, we cover design, molding, soldering, wire cutting/stripping, assembly and cable harnessing under strictly controlled processes and ERP-managed departments to ensure traceability and high quality. We carefully select suppliers and materials so our contacts withstand hundreds of thousands of mating cycles. REUNION connectors are ISO 9001 certified; we also hold CE, UL and CCC approvals and have passed the SGS factory audit.

Design & Engineering Support
Our engineering team helps with cable specification, signal integrity guidance, connector selection and manufacturability feedback. We produce detailed assembly drawings, BOMs and wire lists to speed development.
Prototyping & Pilot Production
Rapid-turn prototypes validate fit and function. We run small pilot batches to optimize processes, tooling and test plans before volume production.
Full Production & Test
High-throughput harness assembly, automated crimping, terminal inspection, soldering and overmolding. Final testing includes continuity, hipot, pull tests and functional checks.
After-Sales Support & Repair
We provide repair services, spares management, reverse engineering of legacy assemblies and on-demand field support. RMA handling, root-cause analysis and corrective action are part of our process.
