Consumer Electronics PCB Manufacturing & Assembly
Boards, components and connections for the products people use every day.
FLJ manufactures and assembles electronics for audio products, portable devices and compact controls. We combine PCB fabrication, component sourcing and assembly, with applicable programming, functional checks and specified product integration.

PCBs and PCB Assemblies for Consumer Products
FLJ manufactures consumer electronics boards and PCB assemblies for audio products, portable devices and user controls. A product can divide processing, playback, display and input functions across several boards, with each assembly positioned where its connections are needed.
Audio and Entertainment Electronics
An audio assembly may connect content storage and playback control to an audio output. Depending on the product, buttons can operate playback directly, or a host controller can send commands to the playback board. Amplifier and interface circuitry may sit on that board or elsewhere in the product; the arrangement depends on the required output and connections. FLJ supplies the specified board assembly and its fitted components, with the board interfaces matched to the product’s control and audio path.
Portable Devices, Controls and Displays
Portable products can use a main board for processing and product connections, with control or display boards positioned at the buttons, sockets and screen. A flexible printed circuit (FPC) or a separate flexible flat cable (FFC) can reach a function away from the main board. FLJ assembles these boards and supplies the selected interconnect parts around the product layout, carrying board position, connector direction and available installation space into the build.
Compact PCB Fabrication
FLJ turns the copper patterns, layer structure and mechanical outline into a circuit ready for component assembly. Board construction brings the required connections into the available product space, including solder lands, contact areas and mounting features.
Rigid and HDI Board Construction
For a conventional multilayer rigid board, we image and etch the inner copper patterns, align the layers and laminate the stack. Drilling and hole-wall metallization create the specified layer connections; the selected outer-layer process forms the surface circuits and solder lands. We apply solder mask around the exposed connection areas, finish those surfaces and profile the outline and mounting features for the product.
Where dense packages require HDI routing and interconnections, we build dielectric and copper onto the prepared inner circuit, form shallow microvias, clean their landing surfaces and deposit copper. Connections stopping at nearby layers can leave more routing space below than through-holes extending across the stack. A small enclosure alone does not require this construction. For selected via-in-pad lands, filling and capping the via provides a continuous surface for soldering the component.
Flexible and Rigid-Flex Interconnections
A flexible circuit can carry connections from a main board to a display, control or module on another plane. We manufacture flexible contact ends with the required exposed copper, coverlay openings and finished local thickness to fit the mating connector. The end build includes the layers actually present there, including bonded adhesive and any stiffener. Local reinforcement supports the connection area while the free flexible span follows the intended installation path.
A rigid-flex board integrates routed rigid regions and continuing flexible circuitry in one manufactured circuit. The flexible span can connect regions on different product planes, replacing the corresponding separate interconnect where the design uses that arrangement. This differs from adding a support stiffener to an FPC: the rigid regions contain their own circuit layers. Bare-board fabrication establishes these regions and their connections before component assembly and installation.

Consumer Electronics Assembly and Product Integration
Consumer electronics PCB assembly connects the circuit to the buttons, sockets, displays and other interfaces a user handles. FLJ’s 컴포넌트 소싱 prepares devices for the approved BOM and hardware variant, carrying the received part identity and package requirements into the assembly kit. When an alternative is needed, its pinout, operating characteristics and firmware implications form part of the customer-approved selection.
Fine-Pitch Components, Switches and Connectors
Our fine-pitch SMT assembly combines controlled solder-paste deposits, device placement and reflow around the actual pads and component terminals. We place devices in their required positions and orientations, then form the soldered joints through the selected thermal process. Switches, sockets and connectors use the termination style of the chosen part. For leaded parts, we fit and seat the component, maintain the required orientation and access, and solder its connections as part of the board build.
We inspect the visible placement and solder features relevant to the assembly. For selected packages with concealed connections, BGA X-ray inspection provides a view of the hidden joints. These observations complement the powered checks of the product’s operating functions.

Displays, Internal Connections and Housing
We fit display modules and seat their flexible-circuit ends in the required contact orientation, with access to the mating connection. The installation route leaves the intended flexible span free to form while supporting the connection area. Board supports, the cable exit and nearby components are arranged so the display and its interconnect can occupy their product positions.
In box-build integration, FLJ installs the PCBA, specified display, internal connections and housing as a coordinated assembly. Connector direction, component height, mounting points and enclosure openings are carried into the installation sequence, keeping connections and fasteners accessible before closure. Internal wire routing and strain relief reduce handling forces at the terminations. Supply can include these fitted parts or finish at the populated board, according to the required build.
Programming and Functional Testing
On programmable builds, FLJ loads the released image and product settings for the target device and hardware version. Programming verification checks the written data or configuration through the method supported by that device. Powered functional checks then observe the operating responses required for the product.
Audio Playback and Output Checks
For an audio assembly with a speaker-output stage, we check the audio path at its designated output point. The setup uses the intended output pair and a compatible prescribed load; a DAC output feeding a receiver requires a different connection. Reading the returned playback status checks the control response, while the output observation shows what reaches the selected output point. Known audio content and fixed playback settings give that observation a defined operating context.
Controls, Displays and Product Configuration
FLJ uses 기능 테스트 to follow an operating input through to its required display, indicator or electrical response. Where product integration is included, the test can use the fitted button or control and its installed connection path. The response is checked with the hardware, applicable firmware and settings in the required operating state.
| Function | Applied condition | Observed response |
|---|---|---|
| Speaker output | Apply the defined supply, play identified audio content in the fixed mode and volume setting, and connect the prescribed load to the selected speaker-output pair. | Observe or measure the designated output point and compare the response with the product acceptance criterion. |
| Button or display interface | Apply the defined control action with the required hardware, firmware and connections in place. | Check the corresponding display, indicator or electrical output for the required state. |
Each delivery is matched to its applicable hardware and BOM variant and firmware or settings, with the specified accessories, labels, and protective packing for that build.
Send the PCB files, BOM and assembly requirements, with the required delivery scope. Include applicable firmware and functional-test requirements for the build.
