Certifications & Compliance
Make supplier qualification easier with the right documents. FLJ PCB / Philifast brings together management-system credentials, board and assembly acceptance, and project-specific material documentation.

Our management-system credentials
Management-system certification addresses how an organization manages its processes within a defined scope. It helps procurement and quality teams evaluate the manufacturing organization behind the product.
These credentials are published by FLJ PCB / Philifast. Ask our team for the current certificate copies for your supplier file, including the named entity, manufacturing location and covered activities. The applicable edition and validity come from the certificate provided for your review.
For medical or automotive programs, tell us which product, manufacturing stage and qualification documents your organization is evaluating. This helps us connect the correct quality-system information with the actual work package.
| Credential | Area addressed | Relevance to your review |
|---|---|---|
| ISO 9001 | Quality management | Process management and customer requirements |
| آيزو 13485 | Medical-device quality management | Medical manufacturing work within the certified scope |
| IATF 16949 | Automotive quality management | Automotive-sector manufacturing within the certified scope |
| ISO 14001 | Environmental management | Management of the operation’s environmental aspects |
| ISO 45001 | Occupational health and safety | Management of workplace health and safety |
IPC acceptance for boards and assemblies
IPC acceptance documents help define what is acceptable on a bare circuit board or populated electronic assembly. Their document, revision and class should match the product and the customer’s acceptance plan.
PCB acceptance commonly references IPC-A-600, while assembly acceptance commonly references IPC-A-610. Soldering process requirements may also reference J-STD-001. We review the applicable criteria with your drawings and order information so the production and inspection teams work toward the same result.
These acceptance and process references are separate from ISO management-system certification. A clear project specification is more useful than treating every quality term as the same type of credential.
UL information for the specified PCB construction
FLJ PCB lists UL credentials for PCB work. Where your product needs recognized board materials or construction, share that information during the manufacturing review so our team can discuss the relevant UL file and construction details.
Recognition applies to its specified scope and conditions. The board material, thickness, copper arrangement and intended use can matter to the review. We help connect the requested board documentation with the design rather than assuming one marking covers every construction.
RoHS and REACH material documentation
RoHS and REACH requests concern materials and substances. They can involve PCB laminate, solder materials, electronic components, cables and other parts of the manufacturing package.
Send your compliance questionnaire or document request with the inquiry. We can review the material scope and sourcing route, then discuss supplier declarations and any additional evidence your quality team needs. A lead-free soldering route is one manufacturing choice within this broader material review.
Certificate details for your supplier review
Tell us which documents your qualification team needs. We will help assemble the relevant package rather than treating every certificate as a finished-product approval.
| Document | Details to check | How we help |
|---|---|---|
| Management-system certificate | Company entity, site address and certified scope | Ask our team for the current document matching the manufacturing scope |
| Issue and validity details | Certificate issue, expiry and issuing body | Use the current certificate for supplier qualification |
| PCB recognition | Applicable UL file and recognized construction | Match the actual board material/construction to the requested recognition |
| Material declarations | Included materials, components and revision/date | Keep the declarations connected to the build configuration |
Prepare a focused supplier qualification package
Start with your product and purchasing scope: bare boards, assembled boards or a wider electronic manufacturing service. Add the management-system certificates, inspection records and material documents your team uses for supplier approval. Our team can help organize the discussion even if your qualification list is still being prepared.
Finished-product market approvals, such as CE, FCC or medical-device regulatory approvals, address the final product and its intended market. Manufacturing-system credentials and PCB recognition can support that work, while the finished-product approval plan remains a separate project activity.
| Your team is reviewing | Useful information to discuss |
|---|---|
| Manufacturing organization | Current management-system certificate entity, site and scope |
| Board construction | Material, stack-up, applicable recognition and drawing requirements |
| Assembly acceptance | IPC criteria, test scope and outgoing records |
| Material documentation | Requested declarations and the included parts or materials |
| Repeat production | Revision control, traceability and reporting arrangements |
Frequently asked questions
Can we request current certificate copies?
Yes. Tell our team which certificates and manufacturing activities are part of your supplier review so we can discuss the relevant documents.
Is IPC acceptance the same as ISO certification?
They address different things. ISO certification concerns a management system within its scope. IPC acceptance criteria help define the workmanship and inspection requirements for the board or assembly.
Does an ISO 13485 certificate approve the finished medical device?
ISO 13485 concerns the quality management system. Finished-device regulatory approval is a separate matter tied to the product, intended use and market.
