Ordering &
Delivery Guide
From your first enquiry to the delivered boards, our team will help you through each step.
Start with the files or project information you have. We’ll review them, discuss your needs and prepare the next steps with you.

How to start a PCB or PCBA enquiry
Send your board files and, for assembly, your parts list or available assembly data. A short message about quantity, the application and delivery destination helps us understand the project.
If the design is still developing, say which decisions are open. You can ask about material, sourcing, assembly, testing or schedule before every detail is settled. Our engineers will review the information and follow up if something would help.
إن PCB file guide و assembly file guide explain the common documents if you would like to explore them first.
What happens after you send the files?
| الخطوة | What happens | How we work with you |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry review | We look at the available files and project needs | Discuss the design stage, quantity and intended build |
| Engineering conversation | The team checks the information for the proposed work | Explain questions and help identify useful additions |
| Quotation | The project scope, price and schedule are brought together | Discuss materials, sourcing, assembly, testing and delivery |
| Order preparation | The agreed details are connected to the build | Confirm the current revision and any remaining choices |
| Manufacturing and dispatch | Boards move through the planned production and delivery stages | Share relevant order and shipment information |
You can begin at the enquiry stage with an incomplete package. We’ll help work through the details before the board goes into production.
Understanding your quotation
The quotation brings together the work discussed for your project. A bare-board order may include construction, finish and quantity. An assembly order can also include component sourcing, setup, assembly, programming and testing.
If a choice is still open, we can discuss how it affects the price and schedule. For example, an alternative component or a different material may change the options available.
Ask about anything you would like clarified, including payment arrangements, freight or delivery terms. The team can walk through the quotation with you so the next step is clear.
Working with revisions and repeat orders
Designs evolve. If you update a PCB file, BOM or firmware after the enquiry, send the new version and a brief note about the changes. We can review the update and discuss any effect on the project.
For a repeat build, a previous order reference helps us find the earlier information. Tell us the new quantity and whether the board, parts or testing have changed.
If an order is already in progress, contact the team with the update as soon as possible. We’ll discuss what stage the order has reached and the practical options.
Planning around your delivery date
Let us know when you would like to receive the boards and where they need to go. If there is a prototype review, exhibition or installation date, mention it so we can understand the priority.
Production timing includes preparing the work, obtaining materials and completing the planned manufacturing and checks. Dispatch is the handover to the carrier; arrival also depends on the transport route and destination.
We can discuss the schedule alongside the sourcing and test plan, and look at shipment options for your project. If a partial delivery would help, tell us and we can review the arrangement.

Flexible shipping options

International express
Ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT.
Your own courier account is welcome.

Your nominated freight forwarder
We welcome your chosen forwarder and help coordinate pickup, packing details and shipping documents.
Tell us your destination and preferred shipping method. We’ll help arrange the next step.
Support when the boards arrive
When the shipment arrives, the order details and packing information help you identify the boards and quantities. If you have a receiving question or notice something you would like us to review, contact the team.
A photograph, order reference and short description give us a useful starting point. For a technical question, any available test information helps us understand what you observed. We’ll review it with you and discuss the next step.
